Brian's Toys...

Has anyone dealt with "Brian's Toys" online toyshop?? How are their services? How do they treat international customers? Do they pack items securely?
Feel free to tell me about something I should know but forgot to ask.

Big thanks goes to Nemesis Predaking for this awesome sig!!

I've ordered from them once and had no issues with them at all. I cant speak on how they treat international members. As far as packing I dont remember but the Misb G1 sandstorm i got from them was in perfect condition when it got here. Brian always seams to either have prices way to high or dirt cheap, and you have to dig through alot of sold out stuff

I had no problems, other than a strange thing that happened when I set up mty account, but that was a database issue.

As far as service, I got my Alt Camshaft from them very quickly.

ditto that. if you've seen their catalogs, they often (especially with loose gi joe figures) GREATLY overestimate the value of their products. but as long as you're ok with the price of what you're buying, you'll be happy. I called them on the phone and spoke with someone there, and they were very accomodating.

I ordered with them twice. The first was just fine. Slower response time compared to big bad toystore, but acceptable. The second time had over 2 months between the time the money was taken from my paypal account and I got what I ordered. It took lots of emailing to get anything from them.

They're cool. Pricy, but good. I got my G1 MISB Jap Starscream and Rodimus Prime from there.

They're good; I buy older Star Wars and GI-Joe figures from them. Their catalogs are awesome. Bit pricey though.
