Boot this to TFGD if you want, but it's not a TF line. Heck, I'm not even wanting to buy it, I just want to know I'm not nuts on remembering the toys.

Back in the eighties, there was a toyline of robots that did not transform. They had a button you could push in the back to make them swing their arms/do a hugging motion and the bottom of the robot was a suction cup sort of deal. There was a blue one with black around it's eyes and a propeller on it's head and a gray one with purple eyes that I recall.

    Anyone else remember this? :banghead:

Not sure, but it kinda sounds familiar.
Might have better luck asking in Toyark.

YES! ROBOFORCE FTW!!! Check out the top shelves:

The toys were only available during '85 and '86, I think. My brother and I had most of them in the series. There were only 10 regular sized figures released, two small battery powered vehicles, a large rolling command cruiser, and a fortress playset. Can't forget the "full-sized" MAXX Steele robot either...always wanted him.

This makes me sad. I loved Roboforce. I had all the figures along with a complete set of G1 TFs that my parents chucked many years ago.

The base was a fixture of my TF collection for a long time. It made the perfect Autobot base. Too bad TFs got so big they couldn't fit in it as nicely after a while.
