As I understand it, there are a hella lotta' TF fans who collect Power Rangers/Sentai mecha toys. While I personally have very few zords left (after a massive cleanout this past summer), these are the first sentai mecha toys that I'm seriously considering for purchase since the Abaranger series. (since the forum description says I can post stuff about "other" toy lines, I figured I'd stick it here) http://img168.imageshack.us/img168/7050/222sz2mt0.jpg http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/2092/333aw6vu5.jpg What I like is the whole "spinning torso" thing, as well as it's one of the more unique-looking base Megazords, being all-cats. The elephant zord add-on looks extra cool, particularly with the ball-and-chain. What I'm REALLY excited about are the bat-zord and shark-zord add-ons. I mean, LOOK AT THOSE........silhouettes. *ahem* well, it could be cool Considering all I have left in my collection are the Dino Ultrazord (Kyukyudaizyujin, or "God"), the Thunder Ultrazord (Heavy Armor Chi Palace, with the White Tiger, no less), and then...all I gots left are the Falcon Zord (Tsubasamaru) and the Predazord (Gao Hunter)... Thoughts?
Let's Go Voltron Force! ...erm... After how cool Daibouken and Daivoyager are, especially with all the extra mechs for Daibouken... I'm a little disappointed at the initial set of Gekiranger mechs. The elephant add-on makes him look a lot cooler and the mystery ones look promising... but still, last year's is going to be hard to top.
I'm a fan of animal mecha so I will definately check out these mecha but whether I will be buying them depends on the toy itself...when will they be out?
I like the art and that elephant bot, but kinda meh Not enough detail or too blocky or something I dunno. I love some other Zords though
We saw this a few weeks ago I think. I'm still not a big fan of it. I really only care for the animal zords, but this one is really just missing something. I can't put my finger on what it is exactly though.
I don't know...They look way to kiddified, and I'm saddened at the loss of articulation (I hoped Daibouken would have started a trend). The shark one looks cool, though. Wonder if the real toy will live up to it.
I want these! But with Operation Overdrive zords appearing on shelves now and the show starting February. We won't see the U.S.A versions till Nov.Dec.07
I think I saw something like that once at a now defuct discount store. Somewhat odd, but if you can dig it, its good.
