Kaiyodo Figures

I own GaoGaiGar w/ Goldion Hammer and Choryujin w/ Volfogg. Ive decided i want more from them. The revoltech stuff looks awesome, im planning on getting Mazinkaiser

But heres the question:

http://www.kaiyodo.co.jp/products/gun.html

Is the gunbuster figure they put out worth it? I need to hear from someone who has it.

I don't own the figure but don't you get the Soul of Chogokin version instead? It has the transforming gimmick, missles-in-fingers gimmick etc.

The SOC version is really expensive, large, and not the size of my GGG figures. All things i do not want. Im trying to be minimalist about my future collection decisions.

From the pics it looks good but im wondering about quality and joint work. Its no revolver joint system but im not that picky.

Yeah, I get your point. One of the reasons why I have not picked up the SOC version is because of other "purchase considerations" also.

The Kaiyodo Gunbuster seems like a really cool and very poseable action figure. I see no problem there. =)

I also wonder how large the GGG action figs are. I think Revoltechs are the size of a Deluxe yes?

I have a Deviant Art gallery as well.
+ Now accepting comissions. Prices negotiable.

around basic sized at the most, my Ingram is about 5 inches tall, don't know whether Mazinkaiser will be any bigger

If the Revoltech line was larger say, ML size i would have gotten them without a second thought. The line up for the line is solid. Example, Getters, EVAs, Pat Labour etc.

You say you have the GGG with Goldion Hammer, right?

What's your opinion on it? I was thinking of buying one recently but I see no reviews for it.
