Size wise, I'd put them at the height of a Beast Wars Deluxe, 5 inches is about the right height for them. Great designs, I can't fault the line at all so far. I'm planning on doing a "dream team" with the Revoltechs once I get Convoy and Mazinkaiser - Mazinkaiser, Convoy, Getter 1, Giant Robo and Star Gaogaigar. They ought to look good together. I might want Getter Robo 1 but im not sure.
If they were ever to do God Gravion id get him in a snap. Same goes for Godannar.  Raker Twin Powers, ACTIVATE!!!!
