I have exactly two Battle Beasts and one weapon. I got them in a bag at a garage sale for a quarter. I still don't know why I bought them. :)

Thanks to that link, I can now tell you that I have:

Musky Ox, Manic Mandrill, and Rowdy Rooster's weapon!

I used to love these things when I was younger. I only wish I had the room to display them right now. As it is now, my classics are on a coffee table and I had to move most of my Alternators into my cubicle at work.

Rise from the dead! I command thee!

I started collecting Battle Beasts a few weeks ago, relying on a combination of Beastformers members and eBay (incidentally, all the sellers were members of BF anyway). Because I don't have the time, money, space or patience to collect the entire line or even the original 76, I made a list of the "best of the best" and am collecting just those.

Right now, my collection numbers six only, but includes: Zariganian, a low-number Laser Beast and a lobster; Killer Carp; Octillion Octopus; and three Cutthroat Cuttlefish. All of them except my crappiest Cuttlefish include their weapons, but my Octopus needs his rub (a second is on the way, with rub). I didn't realize they would be so thick and rubbery, but I've been very impressed and enjoy these little guys a lot! I too hope these little guys return in some form, but by that time maybe I'll have become a full-fledged BB collector. Time will tell!

I used to collect them. I was at the point of only needing the ducks arms and a few weapons for the first 76, incuding the "driver" crab & jaguar, but I stopped and broke up the collection after the futility of trying to get the big bases complete and lasers being so expensive. I sold/traded all except:

Pirate lion, Deer Stalker, Blitzkrieg Bat, Sly Fox, Webslinger Spider, Sabersword Tiger, & Polar bear (with custom water symbol)

BTW, Orodruin that custom Swiny Boar kicks ass!
