This is TFGD. I was big on Power Rangers back in the day, but I ended up a Sentai convert (though I prefer my Kamen Rider way more).
I was kind of into the first part of the first series, but I never bought anything. In all honesty the only thing I liked about the show was the transformation/combination sequences since they used animatronic models instead of people in crappy costumes. But I would definitely buy a masterpiece set of the first Power Ranger Zords.

I loved power rangers... Some of the monster designs are really friggin cool. Is there a website with pictures of all the monsters from all the episodes? I would love to see them.
PR was the shiz when i was a kid i only ever saw the first 3 seasons + movie and In Space just didnt have the interest to watch anything else [in space was one of my favs tho] [the mystic force intro song still makes me lol xD]

you feel old? many of us were in college when power rangers were big! of course playing with toys does seem to make you feel younger no matter how old you are.
Ah, my bad. On another note, when I was a kid, I had *no* idea half the episode was imported from a Japanese show. I always wondered why the video quality between the scenes with all the Americans and the scenes with all the robots were so vastly different, but I didn't figure it was because whenever the characters put on their Power Ranger uniforms they suddenly turned azn.
Are they really going to reissue the original Zords or is that just wishful thinking? I would be all over that if they did redo them.
I remember Power Rangers premiering...I think in middle school, for me. I thought it looked like a cheap ripoff of Voltron back then and never really got into it.
I got in to the show, but never the toys. Thankfully, my parents could never find the MegaZord and DragonZord. Dodged a bullet there. But the show has always been incredible. As a series. Never episode by episode.
