I started watching the US series at the very beginning. I stopped towards the end of Turbo (Like most people) but got back into it at the start of Time Force. I dropped off again during Wild Force, but came back at the 10 year/All Red Ranger Episode (Which BTW is re-airing this Friday on Toon Disney) and have watched it since. Also, thanks to Toon Disney and ABC Family, I was able to catch up on all the episodes I never watched, so now I've seen them all.
I have at least one Zord from each series since Wild Force (All of them in the case of Ninja Storm), and all of the 6th and 7th Rangers from each series. (For the exception of "Kat" Ranger and that female Omega Ranger from the last episode of SPD). I also have every "Tommy" Ranger (Expect his Zeo suit...that bitch is hard to find, even on Ebay) The 2 Zords that I don't have but want are the Wild Force Kongzord (Either red or green), and the MMPR Dragonzord. I might sell my Ranger stuff though.
I've also seen some of the Sentai series (Hurricaner, Aba, Deka, Magi, and Bouku). They're worlds different than the US versions but that makes sense. A great many things that we like, they don't and vise versa. So I can see why US style differs from theirs. It's just like the voice acting on our TF shows. I loved listening to the voice actors on Superlink and Galaxy Force 10 times more than the US actors in Energon and Cybertron (Heck, they even curse in the Japanese series). It was worth reading the subtitles.
With the current Ranger series, Mystic Force, I think it's going to out do Magirangers in terms of story and action (Even though I hate their capes...makes me think of the line in "The Invicibles"where the little lady told them capes are terrible and showed those examples of people dying). I even like how they've extended their "Legendary Modes" longer than the Magirangers series did. I think next years series will sell BIG toy-wise (Construction vehicles + Zords=big bucks with kids in the US).
Now my question to all is this, in your opinion which US Rangers show had the best theme music? For me it was the Dino Thunder theme song. |

Had to be Dino Thunder. Especially without the lyrics. Just sounded awesome. Quote: |

But some of it scares me. Mostly everything on the "Rock Adventure" ... btw, I have all those songs used for fight scenes saved without the goofy sound bytes. Quote: |
