S-3 is an early 70's era G I Joe Flare Gun. It was a fairly common accessory and came with a number of sets and accessory packs.

S-13 is a Lego Star Wars gun. Found in hundreds of sets in the 2000's and 2010's.

I think most of the S-series belong to Chap Mei sets, given their scale and quality. I've found similar examples, but nothing in box, so I'm afraid I can't be sure.

You'll be better able to do a more detailed check than me. It looks like they mix and match pieces in various sets and packages, so I probably can't get more specific than the line. Case in point.
