    why do you say that. I pre ordered Snake and I am looking forward to him.

    hight point for me is finding the VC Mandolarian

    Low point is everyone who has a Meijers store is finding the freaking Probe Droid already. It doesn’t help that we don’t have that store where I live.

    Pretty excited about this Goodwill find! Haven't had time to check if it's 100% complete since I'm at work, but there's enough there for me to be happy with the purchase!

    wish i could come across one of those in the wild. my geeky cousin had one,
    (the very same one that got me going on MACROSS, by proxy of giving me his badly-finished REVELL ROBOTECH DEFENDERS "VEXAR" (VF-1S Focker))
    and he used to let me play with it when i was a young boy in the late-80's.

    around 1990-ish, he moved out of his folks house, and gave me all his remaining toys and models,
    including that ROBOTIX R-1000 set.

    today, being 38 years old, i beginning to fell some mighty potent nostalgia over some of these things,
    and i think i'm going to need to get around to to sating some of it soon...

    anyway;

    HIGHS; those ToHeart2 Anime dolls i mentioned above turned out mighty fine, after a bit of work on the clothing, and some light facial enhancement.

    Konomi, the dark-hair, got upgraded from her wee old-style OBITSU 23cm body,
    to the then-brand-new 2009 OBITSU 24,
    and Lucy, the pink-hair, got a new outfit, as well,as an upgrade to the recent 2018 OBITSU 24ver. 2.0.

    Multi, the Green-hair, a leftover from the original late-90's ToHeart series, got an upgrade in stature, thanks to Konomi's original OBITSU 23, as well as Konomi's original Sailor Suit,
    whilst Konomi herself benefits from Lucy's original uniform, lucy no longer needing it, since she now gets to be a Princess and all;

    LOWS; i've got these to look forward to, but not until April and June, respectively;

    Why? Do those figures all suck? I don’t know about those but most mainline TFs I’ve bought to try out were pretty sucky.

    I rarely have lows when it comes to toys but saw this today and pretty bummed out and disappointed anyone would choose this method to “paint” such a small figure.

    High: Scored a Nerf Rival Prometheus for $50 from Tuesday Morning of all places. Could not believe my eyes when I first saw that thing on the top shelf. To put some perspective on this, the original MSRP was $200 and you WON'T find this for less than $100 on the used market. Box was a bit busted but the sealing tapes were still intact so insta-buy! BEST NERF GUN EVER. I had the biggest grin on my face after firing a few test shots. "Say hello to my little friend!"

    IMG_20201202_200907r.jpg
    Low: Bought a Nerf Rival Soldier 76 gun from Ross also for $50 just the week before. After getting the Prometheus, I knew this gun was going back because it wasn't going to be nearly as fun.

    High: Got some anime figures I had been wanting for a long time like the Fate Jack The Ripper figure from Sentinel

    Low: Wasted my money on Transformers when I've actually been trying really hard to get away from Transformers collecting unless It's MP Armada but looks like I screwed up. Now I'm just waiting for the figures to come in the mail so I can sell them so I won't have to think about them anymore. I even got an Energon Alpha Quintesson, definitely getting rid of that ugly thing lol.

    So far? Scored a couple of the Acid Rain Lugans when they went live at Pocket in Action Club.

    Lows? Took an hour of hitting 'refresh' and communicating with other salivating fans on Instagram about behind the scenes site stuff on the PIA Club site.

    Also in the lows category - the number of, and pardon my French here - but effing exclusives that sell out before you can get to the check out (figuratively and literally). Especially in the official TF world. Eh... first world problems.

    Cool! I should have a big collection of the original Mcfarlane toys in storage somewhere. They were the beginning of really great looking, detailed action figures with very little emphasis on “action”. :D

    Too bad to here about the movie. I liked the first one and BOP better than I expected to but I expect most DC movies to be terrible given their track record. Curious what the #1 worst you saw this year was.

    I attempted to watch "The Tomorrow War" but gave up about an hour in, the writing was so bad.
    Yes I am seeing that, lots of lovely detail, almost statues, but if the price is right, and I can work them into my photography, I'll give it a go.
