This is a currently running Kickstarter campaign for 6 inch tall articulated ninja action figures with lots of accessories. Stretch goals include extra bits and some samuri figures.

Minimum to go in for one figure is $45 US including shipping to the USA. That will get you a basic ninja in red or black.



Also, for GI Joe, fans someone did a digibash of using the deluxe white ninja figure, the bare arms, and the proper accessories, together with a repro Cobra label, it makes a great third party 6 inch Stormshadow...

 

Neat. Can't have too many ninjas.

 

I approve and will buy them when it comes out.

As I've mentioned before...Add the Ninja Scroll lineup to this or any other high quality line like SHF or Figma and I'm ALL IN!

 

I bought the $300 pack and I am excited!   Those Ninjas look sick....

Those seemed to be aimed dead at fitting in with Marvel Legends even saw an Ogun mask floating around there.

 

Just made a Pledge. Hopefully this get made. They are going to by great Hand agents. Can't wait

 

Recently stumbled upon this kickstarter. Really like the concept. A bit pricey, but I understand it's their first venture. Definitely into ninjas/samurai so hope they eventually release their stretch goal figures as well.

Ninja guns unlocked  

 

These look cool. Been trying to avoid looking, as still trying for some 4H orcs, lol. May have to try and dig something up for a few ninja.

So 104 people have pledged $550. There is chance for a $24k drop if the figure stretches are not achieved and those guys switch to the basic all in. At $182k and 67 hours to go, this is actually still not quite funded.

Get more ninja's people!

 

Even if there is a $24k drop, you'd only need $2,000 to get it re-funded and this will get well over that in the next three days. This is definitely fully funded.

 

So now it seems that now only is this line featuring a not-Stormshadow, but a not-Snake Eyes? I'm sure at any moment the usual suspects from the Play With This Too thread will come in and start complaining about infringing on Hasbro's intellectual property... (crickets)... no?

 

And surely there's no difference between generic monocolor ninjas and an evocative-of but still generic ninja commando and the straight up LOOK THESE ARE PRETENDERS of the PWTT Kickstarter. And there's definitely no difference between a start up group stealing their former Employer's IP to try to get off the ground and another group making a generic product that can fill a niche without necessarily screaming it's something else? A red ninja is generic. Even a white ninja is generic. Will they capitalize on people who want them to be Storm Shadow and the Arashikage? They'd be stupid not to. But they'll also capitalize just as much on people who want them to be The Hand and The Chaste. They're GENERIC. No matter how you want to try and forcee it, these are nothing but Pretenders, and you're still doing nothing but hurting their campaign especially when you drag it into unrelated threads like this.

 

Generic? HAHAHAH!

They just had the foresight to mix up the parts, so you have to get two figures to make the homages. It would be like selling a two figures that when combined make Desolataur.

Finally took a good look at this project, got in for the deluxe black set.

 

Since you cannot resist bringing your disappointment with the PWTOO thread into this completely unrelated thread, thereby turning it off topic, I am banning you from your own thread. Do not PM me why, the reason is stated here.
