ive seen the mcF ones but i havent bought those for awhile so i was pleased to find these at TRU: 
cheap too, got it all for under equiv. usd25.

black pearl and flying dutchman. i like em cause theyre in scale with my star wars action fleet collection. think you can use the figures with cyb shortround and thunderblast too.

I have that Jack Sparrow fig on the left in your top pic.
Pretty neat and stiff poseability. Wish they added more to the legs. The plastic is'nt nowhere near as tough that ABS plastic though, a little soft & rubbery.
Same stuf they make the Alien Racers out of.
Thinking about getting that Octopus guy, Mr Squidworth or whoever.
