I like the removeable plate in it , even though it likes to fall out easy, but it's cool for tacking alot of troopers on
it for little battle scenes. pic http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...86blizzard.jpg
Good luck finding some pods. Oh yeah, did you know the area in the back on the inside is made to store a Speeder bike ? (Yep , you probably knew lol) | the plate doesn't fall off easily on mine so i'm ok with it and yes i know a speeder can fit in there ONLY because you posted a pic of it for me (i requested pics in another post)
as for the hunt for grevious set, i dont think i want it however, i may pick up another ship only cuz i won this auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWN%3AIT&rd=1.
as for the pods, i'm planning on making my own, i've seen some pics and i also work at Michael's arts and crafts so i have EVERYTHING i need at my disposal. plus, my dad is extremely handy. im already making plans on how to make it so that the pods actually move and that enclose the gunner as well. |

I can't see the ARC Trooper hate myself. I don't think it's a bad figure. By the standard of the time it was reasonably articulated, decent sculpt, decent paint job. It's a better figure than the EII preview clone and the EII Red Clone. It's spoiled somewhat by being completely overshadowed by the superb SA Clone which debuted a few months later and has become the bench mark for all clone releases since. There are far worse figures than it though !

That and the fact that in order to get them to stand, you have to position the trooper so it looks like he threw out his back and is forced to stare upwards all the time. It was the first mold that I picked up when I started collecting Star Wars and it would have stopped me had it not been for the SA clone released later in the CW line.
Thanks to Maximo Prime for the avatar!
Thanks to Poho for the sig!

Just the 95 and Comtech versions released on a standard card - with an extra dlx and VOTC versions. By Comparison the Sandtrooper has had POTF2, POTJ & Saga 2 editions + Beast Pack & Evoloutions. Your Sand Trooper is in one bit of SW, Stormies are in all 3 films !
To my eye I prefer the Comtech helmet to the VOTC one and feel a new Stortrooper is in order in mass quantities in the main line. As a bonus do it as Luke and Han Trooper variants - no reason we can't army build them with their helmets on. Though of course we do now need a Stormtrooper with removable Helmet and a clone head underneath.

As for clones, I'm not that versed in them, but from everything I've seen the ep3 SA clone is by far the best. I picked up the Hunt For Grevious pack since I wanted some blue guys, and... well, they suck. 3 of 'em anyway, hardly any joints.
See the whole collection here.
