Very reliable, if you use EMS with them you can track it all the way.

Extremely reliable, I've ordered the whole of Galaxy Force through there as well as a good number of other items. If you preorder multiple items, make sure you don't preorder two items with vastly different release dates. They'll wait for the later release but won't always keep the earlier in stock.
You can get around that, though, by asking them to "ship all available items now", that usually works.

Packaging is great, incidentally. Very well packed, everything I've had from them EMS or SAL has always arrived perfectly.

Yeah, but if you order SAL, expect to wait weeks. That's why I always spend the extra money on EMS.

I've not ordered from them in about a year, but I would never consider using anyone else.

Thanks for your comments everyone! It's seems that HLJ is indeed a reliable source. Now I should consider ordering the huge Great MightGaine gifset from them...

Great Mighgaine huh?
Cool choice but be aware that the shipping for that huge set is going to be very expensive.

Great Might Gaine? Nice choice for your collection, if not for your bank balance
He's one of my favourite Brave robots (don't I say that about all of them?), very nice toys alone or combined.

On two seperate ocassions i placed preorders for Binaltechs, and was then knocked down to 'back ordered'
without any notification.

For instock items, they're good enough.

I guess.

Out of the 4 or 5 times i did buy something from them, the packaging wasn't that great.

I've shopped with them for about 5 years now, only had one problem in all that time.
