You had to buy the whole line before you figured out that you didn't like it?

Recently it was HftD Hailstorm,I was so disappointed by his look I took him back and got a 2nd Straxus instead. To me Hailstorm was so hideous,he looked like a goblin transformer, not even close to cute.

Pretty much all of movie1 toys...I bought just about everything except for the Scouts and those real gear things. Smartended up though for ROTF and only bought the HA line and a $25 Supreme Devy..oh and I had to buy the ice cream truck. I still remember I was so fed up with Leader Megs trying to transform him that I just threw him back in the box and have never seen him since.

I rarely buy anything that I find out I don't like, but ROTF Mindwipe...he's probably one of my biggest disapointments in a Transformer in a long while. Sure, he's got the look, but his poseability is seriously limited because of certain design astheitcs. The wings? Limit his sholder articulation. And don't even get me started about the daggers, which love to come out of that thin trigger hinge at a moment's notice and make his hands fist-hole-less. I remember hearing so many good things about this mold, so to have it in hand and realize how, well, lack-luster it is makes me wonder why some people thought it was better than Bludgeon (who happens to be one of my most favorite TF's ever).

I'd probably have gotten rid of Mindwipe by now, actually, if it wasn't for the whole "Chaos Trinity" thing he has with Bludgeon and the still-to-come redux of Bugly.
