are any of you thinking of getting the kreo sets and if you do what sets are you gonna get ,what are you gonna do with them and are you thinking of customizing them  

 

I must own Vortex. As for the others, I dunno. Devastator really tempts me because of all the customization potential. I'll also probably get the Vehicon sets because it's more Vehicons. You can never have enough Vehicons.

1. Vortex
2. Vehicons & Autotroopers
3. Devs
4. Wheeljack/Knock Out

I'm mixed on the Optimus/Megs and Stealth Bumblebee sets.

 

I'll go after all the Optimus Primes and Megatrons, and probably ignore the others.

 

I'll probably be a bit more picky this time, or at least wait for sales or clearance for most of them. Outside of the little Optimus and BB, I grabbed all of the last round and they were ok (Kreons kick ass), but I don't really feel like shelling out a couple hundro this time around.

 

I'll do the same thing for wave 2 as I did for wave 1....wait for them to hit clearance and then pick them up cheap.

 

Vehicons are definitely bought.

Vortex might be bought if he's on clearance, his colors are too random and too ugly. Shame, since the build itself looks AMAZING.

 

Vortex, but mainly just for the head and minifig.

 

Avoid it?

Honestly, I don't ever see myself buying more Kre-O of any kind. Tried it and then tried good ol Lego again and it isn't even close IMHO. I guess I'm a Lego fanboy.

 

I fell in love with all of the wave 1 sets recently, so I will be buying all of them.

 

I'm getting the Kreons with the little bases. That's it.

 

I loved wave 1 but I'm just not too keen on the new sets. Devi looks very small, and the only one I'm on the fence about is vortex. I'm not too into the prime styling they seem to be using now, so I might be passing on the majority of this wave even though I went nuts with wave 1 and bought 2 sets of each to display in both modes.

Its cool that a lot of people seen hyped on the new sets, it's good for the brand. They're just not really my thing.

 

I wish they would sell the little kreons like they do botshots. 3 or 4 packs. then people who want just those can get those, and people who want the sets too can buy that.

 

It's the same scam LEGO uses. If you want the minifigs, you have to buy the giant set even if you don't like it

 

I'll probably get the smaller, less expensive sets that I like and wait for the larger sets to go on clearance. Pretty much the same thing I did with the first releases.

 

I'm going to try and go after Vortex. I'd like him to be my first Kreo set.

dissemble wave 1 prime if you have him
all your gonna need that arent kreo are about 4 to 3 2x4 lego blocks
then by just looking at thepicture start building it
it is possible but all thats gonna be missing is the engine in the chest
trust me i did it and it looks awesome and he actually looks cute because he is quite smalll he stands about 7 inches to 8 inches and reaches wave 1 megatron at the chest
