The title speaks for itself. It's been a while since we had one of these threads.

    1. G1 Astrotrain: This was is first TF and I still have it. My 6 year old is currently enjoying it.

    2. G2 Laser Optimus Prime: This figure was so far advance in engineering for it's time. It's a lot of fun to play around with and a very durable toy. The tanker tailer could have been a toy in itself. I like this so much that I got all the re-paints.

    3. Universe 2.0/Henkei Cyclonus: When I 1st got a hold of this all I can say was wow. I can never get tired of this toy. IMHO this a figure that defines modern TFs.

    Honorable mentions:
    G1 Megatron
    HFTD Leader Starscream
    Classics/Henkei Prime
    Animated Prowl/Samurai Prowl
    ROTF Leader Prime

    1. Optimus Primal vs. Megatron BW basic class two-pack: These were the first Transformers figures that actually got me hooked and compelled me to buy more.

    2. ROTF Lockdown: This guy got me back into collecting. Before him I was just picking up a couple of Animated figures, but was only casually interested.

    3. G1 Headmasters Fangry: The first Transformers figure I ever had.

    1. Universe Deluxe SE-01 Optimus Prime despite all the hate this mold gets, I absolutely love it. Looks like a mini masterpiece prime except for the kneepads. Once I get better at customizing, I'm giving this thing a better paint job and perfecting it.
2.ROTF Leader Optimus Prime This thing is just so epic. It looks perfect and if Hasbro releases one with a chrome grill in the TF3 toyline, I'm all over it.
    3. Generations Deluxe Drift ever since I saw the first concept sketches of Drift, I wanted a toy. So I waited for the day that Hasbro just couldn't put up with us annoying fans bugging them anymore and it's finally mine. Sword + Sports car=WIN.

    1. Powermaster Optimus Prime: So much fun to transform . When figures get as much gribbly mech gear and weaponry as this figure, it gets played with.

    2. Scorponok (G1): a brilliant playset Transformer. Omega Supreme would be a honorable mention but I like what this does without electronics, enjoyable mech detail, tons of weapons, and three enjoyable modes (say what you will about the base being just the robot stretched out. It has some features specific to that mode. The repair arms, the elevator lift, and the vehicle launch platform)

    3. Masterpiece Starscream/ Skywarp (US versions) I love Jet Transformers. And these surprised me, its all the small details. Rivets, panel lines, and the missile spam sections in the chest. You don't stand a chance. Its a beast to transform but it can be done with practice. Its a great figure.

    1. G1 Optimus Prime - 1st Transformer ever, so nothing beats this at all
    2. G1 Jetfire/Skyfire - This thing went with me everywhere as a kid. I had two when I was younger
    3. Masterpiece Grimlock - Arguably the best MP to date....

    Honorable Mention:

    4. Classics Jetfire - A much appreciated update and one of my favorite from the Classics/Universe/Generation line.
    5. Animated Ultra Magnus - Quite possibly the best "official" Ultra Magnus to date
    6. Takara G1 Re-Issue - Galvatron(Cartoon Accurate) - For a G1 toy, it surprisingly has nice amount of articulation and the Matrix was an awesome addition.

    1. My custom Alternator Trailbreaker with the Alternator Optimus Prime Gas Can/Gun and Matrix. Love this figure despite the articulation being hindered. The gas can just screams Trailbreaker since he consumed the most fuel. The Matrix is just a side thing and it would be a waste to have it just sit there in the package unused.

    2. Classics Nemesis Prime with the black City Commander Armor, the backpack upgrade, and two of those Shadow Warriors I wanted my Nemesis Prime to look as though it could take on both Optimus Prime w/armor and armored Ultra Magnus and actually stand a chance. I think I succeeded. He's bulky as hell but he's a fantastic addition to my Decepticon collection.

    3. Classics Bruticus with that sweet upgrade from Fanprojects Swindle and Blast-Off This figure is, in short, fantastic. The Combaticons truly live up to their name with all of the guns and weapons they are packing. Bruticus himself is just incredible. Simply incredible. I hope Fanprojects upgrade Devastator and also do Defensor and Menasor as brand new figures.
