Every store has a shelfwarmer. Either from last year or last month. But what is your oldest shelfwarmer? The oldest I've seen is some Animated figures.

I saw ROTF DLX Wave 4(?)- Stalker Skorponok, Mudflap, Chromia... at a local TRU. Then again, that specific TRU is notorious for inflated prices and not putting anything on clearance.

Oldest current is Leader Bulkhead, at half off they still have several left.

Actually, i'm hard pressed to think of anything else that has ever done 3.5 years on the shelves locally.

Eh. Maybe Prime will help shift it.

I saw an Armada Galvatron at ACE. The box was worn from being exposed to light. It was pretty dusty too.

My local TRU has some ROTF/HftD toys left, and they aren't even with current ( = DOTM Wave 1, meh) merchandise. Poor Terradive :(

that i've recently seen, it has to be leader bulkhead. there is a crappy toy shop local to me that has a realgear transformer, not 100% sure which one but i think its a mobile phone.
the same shop has some jurassic park stuff and mega morphs still on the shelves though.

I went to a Vintage Stock store once and they STILL have a Movie Brawl and its been there since last year....well...not much of a "shelfwarmer"(since it was once someone else's) but to me it counts.:)

Shelfwarming as in same toy has been on the shelf for so long would be RotF Bludgeon at a Boscov's I go to (it's still there).
Some drugstores, supermarkets, and local toy stores occasionally carry a handful of TFs from older lines (like Energon or Cybertron), but I can't tell if they've just been sitting on the pegs/shelves/backroom for that long or if the for whatever reasons the stores just go with older toys.
