That's probably how I would like it too. A small group of Autobots go to Earth to try to prevent Megatron from his Infiltration of Earth. I would also like it to be an anthology, JLU kind of series with every other episode focusing on different, obscure characters on Cybertron or other planets. As for some voices I'd be interested in seeing for some characters:

Optimus Prime- I'd like to see Neil Kaplan take the role again, with better dialogue than RID I think he would be amazing. I also think Keith David would be an interesting choice, I know most think of him as voicing a bad guy but thinking of his work as Goliath from Gargoyles I think he could be a great Prime

    Megatron- Phil Morris

    Arcee-Jennifer Hale

Sideswipe- Jack De Sana (Sokka from Avatar), maybe not Sideswipe but I couldn't really think of the perfect character for him to play

    Rapido- Nestor Carbonell :D

Ultra Magnus- Liam Neeson, I know this one's a long shot but damn would I love to see it

For a while now I've had this ideal for a manga style comic series centered around a team of female Autobots.

Basically, I got bored one day and began to wonder if one could come up with an ideal worse than Kiss Players. What I came up with was a magical girl themed series (you know like Sailor Moon and stuff). I eventually decided to actually make this into a comic

This is how the first chapter goes, so it is a very long read and extreamly detailed so there are spoilers.

The story starts out with a team of female Autobots led by Elita-1, secretly transporting the Matrix of Leadership to a secure location far away from a Decepticon-controled Cybertron. Before reaching the location, the ship is attacked by group of Seekers, searching for the Matrix.

The ship's computer is damaged and begins a decent towards to nearby planet (Earth, duh). Elita orders her four team mates to the stasis pods to prepare for impact.

However, the computer insted of activating the pods, activates a special system attached to each pod. This system downloads the pod's occupant's memories into a 'scout' (which look like chibi-versions of their robot modes). The scouts are vastly smaller than the robots they resemble (I'm thinking about at least six inches tall) and were designed for exploration on small planets.

The ship sends the scout pods to the planet below before exploding, destroying the team's original bodies, and breaking the Matrix into thousands of tiny shards.

On Earth, in a small city Japanese city, we meet a girl named Amane Tanaka. Amane is middle school student and social outcast, mostly due to her being a female otaku, who is pretty much obsessed with Tokusatsu heroes.

While walking home from school, Amane notices what apperes to be comet in the sky. The scout pod carrying Elita-1 crashes right in front of her. Amane, scared and curious at the same time apporches the pod which opens right in front of her.

Elita-1 awakens to find a very freaked out Amane slowly approching. Elita jumps from her pod and ask Amane of her intentions, which naturaly freaks her out even more. Elita explains her situation to Amane and asks her for help. Amane eventually agrees and takes Elita and the pod home with her.

The next morning Amane sneaks Elita into her school bag and attempts to bring her to school. One of the Matrix shards, which had sturck an ATM machine, turns it into a mechanical monster, which Amane and Elita encounter on the route to school.

Elita, noticing the shard in the monster's chest, attempts to get close to it and is hit by a light reflecting from the shard. The light causes Elita to transform into some kind of wrist watch that attaches to Amane.

Elita tries to transform back, but instead causes Amane to transform. Amane who is now wearing what appears to be some sort of armor is astonished by the transformation. Elita is able to transform back and detach herself from Amane (who is still wearing the armor), tells Amane to try to remove the shard from the monster.

The armor gives Amane the ability to leap great hights (which she does by accident) and super strength. Unfortunatly, Amane has no idea how to control her new armor and cries to Elita for help. Amane's cry triggers a second transformation in Elita, this time into a sword.

Amane uses Elita's sword form to attack the monster. The two eventually learn that Amane can use her sword for an electrical attack. Amane's attack hits the monster's chest, destroying it.

Elita transforms back to her chibi robot mode, causing Amane to transform back as well. Amane picks up the shard and hides it in her bag. Elita decides she can use her wrist watch mode as a disguise and tells Amane that her missing team mates may have similar abilitys as well. Amane promises that they will find her team mates and others who may be able to transform with them. The two continue down the road to school (Amane is late anyway).

In space, a Decepticon ship hovers over earth. Starscream, who had noticed a spike in energy flies down to earth to investigate...

I know that is very long, but thats how the first chapter goes.

In case you were wondering Elita-1's team consists of Chromia, Flareup, Moonracer, and Arcee. There are four other human girls who will appear as well.

    Your thoughts?

I have an idea for a Transformers Series, based on G1, but more updated for modern vehicles. It'd be a 5-7 year series, with the intent to include all G1 and G2 characters that were made as toys in the series at least 1 time. Animation would be Beast Machines-level CG .

Season 1: Awakening - Autobots & Decepticons crash on Earth millions of years ago, awaken today, intro Spike and Carly, who both help the Autobots out. Intro Dinobots, Constructicons, Skyfire, and Omega Supreme.
Season 2: Escalation - the yearlong arc is the escalation of the war on Earth and the revitalization of Cybertron, culminating in the Autobots' evacuation of the planet, construction of Autobot city.
Season 3: Generation 2 (6-episode mini-arc) - due to Megatron's attempt to draw zero point energy, a force of Autobots and Decepticons are transported to an alternate reality, dubbed the "Generation 2" reality where they never landed on earth, and introduce our timeline's G2 Transformers. By episode 6, cracks developing in reality lead Optimus and Megatron to work together to seal the cracks and heal reality; this has the effect of destroying their alternate reality, and throwing all new G2-bots into the original timeline. The rest of this season is spent drawing closer to the Attack on Autobot City, and takes place over 5 years. Spike and Carly get married.

    Season 3 specials:
Scramble City - Autobot and Decepticon combiners feature heavily in this 90 minute special

TF: The Movie: Attack on Autobot City - mostly like the original movie, but 2-hours long, and features the on-screen death of a number of G1 and G2 bots.

Season 4: Aftermath - the Autobots take over Cybertron after the defeat of the Decepticons, but face Quintessons and the forces of Galvatron. Galvatron shows increasingly erratic behavior over time, however, culminating in the season close with his destruction at the hands of: Galvatron.

Season 5: Expansion - the original Galvatron returns with his Armada of Cyclonuses and his Sweeps, who have built a series of space platforms and cyberformed planets for a new Decepticon Empire. They now want their homeworld back, and stop at Nebulos, a planet rich in resources. Prime moves there to stop them, and they begin their fight anew, adding Headmasters and Targetmasters to their armies. Generation 2 Megatron falls through a crack in reality into the modern day, and attempts to take over the Decepticons.

Season 6: Masterforce - Autobots and Decepticons travel between Earth and Nebulos, and create more Targetmasters and Headmasters, and also Powermasters when Prime is destroyed in battle by Galvatron in the first episode. Pretenders are introduced into the cartoon as human-sized monsters and humans who size-change to transformer-size for battle. Powermaster Prime soon leads the Autobots, joined by his Apex Armor midway through the series. Rodimus Prime and Metalhawk lead the Autobots while Prime is repaired.

Season 7: Victory - Autobots and Decepticons fight across more planets, finding a hidden force behind their battles, 'Deathsaurus', an ancient Decepticon warrior who is coming to destroy them. Victory Saber is introduced as a leader of the Autobots while Prime investigates this, and additional Pretenders, and Micromasters are introduced. A 2-part episode investigates Nucleon energy, revitalizing several transformers as Action Masters, but the instability of the power source causes them to revert to energon.

Till All Are One: the final Transformers movie, featuring Apex Powermaster Prime, Galvatron, Victory Saber, Fortress Maximus, Deathsaurus, and Scorponok, involves a massive multi-planet conflict between Nebulos, Earth, and New Earth to decide who will control Cybertron.

Characters: Different core characters each season, but trying to focus on 3-5 different characters every episode.

Core Autobots (1 or 2 of these every episode):
    Optimus (g1)
    Bumblebee (g1)
Ratchet (g1-style, but personality like Dr. McCoy)
    Prowl
    Jazz
    Ironhide

    Decepticons:
Megatron (g1), personality is more effective as a commander, has more realistic plans, but his flaw is an inability to admit he's wrong, and takes credit for his troops' achievements. This is what leads Starscream to take leadership in the movie.
Starscream (G1), personality is a more loyal officer to the Decepticon cause, believing it to be bigger than any 1 robot. Over time, he grows more weary of Megatron's failures and begins believing he can lead better than him, and begins having 'side-plots' such as Dr. Archeville and the Combaticons.
Thundercracker, Skywarp - more fleshed out than G1.
Soundwave - loyal to Megatron, but over time, becomes more loyal to the Decepticon cause when he sees Megatron's failings.
Shockwave - loyal only to Megatron, not a plotting, logical character like in the comics.

There is a distinct lack of Bombshell in ALL of these.

Anyway, I'd probably do it like Animated, except less human villains, and more Soundwave.

    Zombie thread is back!!!!!!!!

Here's a Transformers series concept i've been working on for the last month and is better than what i had before

    Transformers: Crusaders

Back millions of years ago before life existed, their were two dieties. Primus and Unicron. Primus represented Good, Light and the father of creation while his Brother Unicron represented Evil, Darkness and Death. Primus wanted to create a race in his image known as the Transformers. Primus had used up his life force and forced to take shelter as the planet Cybertron. Unicron then decided to destroy Cybertron and his brother. Primus had prepared for an event like this and Prima (Primus's First son) used what was left on his Father and incrested it in a orb known as the Matrix of Leadership to destroy Unicron. Unicron was defeated but never destroyed. As time has pass the Transformers race developed their grew a cival war of who was to weild the Matrix of Leadership. As one of the first 13 Transformers betrayed Primus and the 13 he was to become known as the Fallen who's master was now Unicron. The Race split into two factions the Autobots (Who represent Primus) and Unicron (Who represent Unicron). The Cival war had destroyed the planet of Cybertron and depleted all resources. The Autobot were victorious and forced their Decepticon brotheren a deal known as Pax Cybertrona. Pax Cybertrona meant the Decepticons could never have any power, milatirize or have any resources. The Autobots stripped the Decepticons of everything, they believe peace was ensured or so they thought. The Autobots had thrived and started a Cybertronian economy and began to colonize other planets (Velocitron, Gigantion and Nebulos) with the help of the newly created Space Bridge. The Autobots were led by Zeta Prime a descendant of Prima himself and he was the bearer of the Autobot Matrix of Leadership. Meanwhile The Decepticons were bitter about their humaliating defeat so after 10,000 vorns of being opression. A Rebelious Decepticon by the name of Clench was approached by "The Fallen." The Fallen convinced Clench that the Matrix of Leadership was what kept the Autobots united and Clench with The Fallen's help and dark power began a splinter terrorist army which became the Modern Decepticon Army. Clench and The Fallen began to recruit new Decepticons soldiers some of which included Shockwave, Starscream, Cyrotek and the Future Decepticon Leader himself Megatron. Clench and his Decepticons planned an assassination attempt on Zeta Prime, killing him and stealing the Matrix. However thanks to a spy on the inside "Punch". They knew in advance, That the Matrix was too powerful and brought nothing but trouble so they had no other choice but to send the Matrix of Leadership into the far reaches of Space. However as this is happening Unicron is comming back online and slowly plans his revenge with his new minions......The Chaotikons

I shall be continuing this with the charecters of Crusaders so stay tuned.

My ideal transformers series would be something a lot like the anime Baccano(if any of you have seen it). Basically a whole bunch of characters with stories that take place in different timelines but aren't too far apart(like one stroy wold take place in 2006 and another would be in 2002).
The stroy plot would involve the Decepticons winning the geat war in 2002 but Optimus Prime would rise to leadership around 2003 and then the 'bots would win again but then something else would happen like the Leige Maximo gains a physical form( i'm makin' this up as I go along) after his menions gather enough data(or something like that) and the Autobots and Decepticons would have to team up to destroy him and they would discover that no matter how long they fight each other no one will ever win sor sure.

Also( I forgot to mention it) but each episode of the show would have numorous storyplots from the several different timelines go on in each episode but nothing gets fully resolved until the series is almost over. It would have to be a limited series(13 to 20 episodes) because otherwise the whole jumping randomly to the different time periods wouldn't work very well.

@ Honey-flash: As silly as your idea is I like it alot, Its at least something original, and I'm actually interested in how it would all play out.

I've had an idea floating around my head for quite a while now but haven't put it to paper yet. It would be a sequel to beast machines in the same sense that beast wars was a sequel to G1, ie, set in the same universe but with completely different characters.

Its title is "Transformers: The Wreckers"

The story takes place after the great reformating at the end of Beast Machines. When all the new transformers came back online, they had no memory of their past lives and so civilization had to be reset on cybertron.

Jump forwards a hundred years, and things on cybertron have become very bad. High Magnus Cheetor rules the planet with an iron fist, and with his corrupt Maximal Regime have enslaved the Non-maximal population. Forced to toil away in hard labor, fight in war-zones they’ve never heard of and are even experimented on by maximal scientists, the transformer population is at its breaking point. All it will take is a single spark to ignite a planetary rebellion.

Enter the Wreckers a small team of Cybertronians who work to start a rebellion against the Evil Maximals. Lead by a Predacon Soldier called Legion, they work behind the scenes to free the innocent and punish the wicked.

The Episode format would be similar to BW and BM where each episode flows into the next with lots of 2 parters. The Wreckers main goals start small, mostly sabotaging maximal mining camps, freeing prisoners and starting riots. During the season 1 climax they would raid an military outpost and obtain blueprints for new alt modes. This would spark off larger missions in season 2.

    Characters

Legion (predacon Soldier, alt mode: Car)
Legion leads the wreckers through a combination of charisma and battle field skill. He had escaped from a Maximal military test lab, were he was an experiment to graft technology straight into the superstucture of a technorganic. He is new to the leader thing but is proving himself more capable everyday.

Firebrid (Predacon bountyhunter, alt mode: Helicopter)
Shes a professional warrior, through and through. She is also a capable tracker and has made quite a living at hunting down traitors for the maximals. She joined the Wreckers when the maximals deemed her too dangerous and tried to offline her. Now shes out for revenge.

Cyberrat (Predacon Hacker and comunications, Alt mode: Backpack)
Cyberrat may be annoying, but he is the best when in come to infiltration. He has the ability to merge with another transformer and hide within their superstructure, if his host is offline when he is merged with them, he came control their shared bodies as if it were his own. He can hack and bypass almost any system within a matter of moments.

Thrax (Maximal Weapons Specialist, Alt mode: Armoured Car)
If theres one thing Thrax knows, its weapons. He should, he's been designing then for as long as he can remember. Everything from solid projectile to chemical warfare, Thrax knows it. Being the only maximal on the team, the other members dont trust him much, but they need him to keep their armoury supplied.

Jawbreaker (predacon Muscle, Alt Mode: ATV)
Jawbreaker is not the brains, he is the BRAWN! His massive Chassis was biult to carry huge vats of motel steel in the Maximal foundries and it serves him well when smashing things as well. Not much of the thinker, during battle he is a capable warrior, using his great strength to hurl and smash opponents and protect his allies.

Razorclaw (Predacon...um...Data Managment bot? Alt mode: motorcycle)
Razorclaw was living the predacon dream in a maximal controlled society. She had a good job, an apartment she wasn't ashamed of, and a stable life. But she always thought something was wrong with cybertron. She got her chance to make a difference when a Predacon freedom fighter named Legioon saved her life, and then she saved his. She joined the Wreckers to make cybertron a better place, one small step at a time.

The Story is mostly told from Razorclaws perspective, as she will be new to the group and will need to have things explained to her. As for a design to the Organic/vehicle based robots, I'm still trying to work it out. It will probably wind up looking like a slim G1 or more detailed animated design, but with almost no kibble on the robots. Any eccess vehicle parts with be worked into the robots design to kinda give the impression of clothing, but not too obvious.

The main villain would be a high ranking police officer named Lyon Prime, that is always trying to foil their plans and bring them to justice. He would have good morals, hes just working for the wrong side.

That's all i can think of for now.

I know I'm late to party but this is what I have to offer.

    Title: Transformers: Resurgence

Plot-times have passed seince the great war for Cybertron, the autobots are now in control of Cybertron with the threat of the decepticons still looming in the shadows.

    Cast-

    Autobots-
Optimus- Once a decepticon, now an Idealistic cyberninja, Optimus is in charge of a small autobot crew.

BumbleBee- The energetic wisecracker of the team, bee is alway seeking to prove himself.A skilled scout, and rather unsure of himself.

Nutyca-Mute, Feisty, and independent, but friendly to all.

Airachnid-Quiet and timid and small. Always insacure of herself and feels like a nobody compared to her sister Elita-1.

Bulkhead- A sarcastic rough and tumble heavy hitter with a big spark.

    Decepticons:
Megatron- a former radio host, a warrior, to fugitive on the run, he also shows a flair for theatrical showmanship.

Breakdown-crippled by paranoia, especially when he's in crowds He is much happier working alone.(he's also gay)

Blackarachnia-is smart, sly, and dangerous. She's the rebellious one under Megatron command,
she's one of the very few who can, on occasion,
    outguile him.

Berserker-he was once a mercenary who fell a victim to mutation and became a dread(a decepticon task force that existed during the WFC)

    heres my pitch

Transformers Thirteen. a series that focuses the rise and fall of the Thirteen Primes.

Season 1 involves 13 bots built by the cruel biomechanical Quintessons discovering Primus was their true creator and lead a rebellion against the Quints.

Season 2 involves Megatronus and the Leige Maximo declaring war on the other primes.
