Ratchet is the most well known medic in Transformers and since he came back in the 2007 movie after being nearly forgotten in G1 he's been in major roles in the future TF shows, and games since then. What's your fabourite version of him?

It's a tie with Prime and Animated Ratchet. Both are grumpy sour puss but both have gone through a lot in their lifetime.

I LOVE Comics G1 Ratchet, but in terms of voice, design, and characterization, Prime Ratchet just edges him out. Thank you Jeffrey Combs!

It was a serious neck-and-neck tie between Animated and Prime, but I went Animated because he had a genuinely deep and interesting backstory. Prime Ratchet is quickly becoming just a vehicle for exposition, and his backstory is just an explantion for why Bumblebee can't talk.

Animated Ratchet. Grumpy, funny, old guy medic. Fantastic.

My honorable mention goes to the Movieverse Ratchet. I just have a soft spot for him for some reason.

Holy shit this is hard. TFA Ratchet had the best actual character history, but TFP Ratchet IS the DEFINITIVE Ratchet in design, voice, mannerisms and everything. Not even going to vote this one, I can't.
