Prime Big E. Prime Little E. Prime Bendy Prime Titanium Ops Seriously, I don't get the love for Bendy. Those ultra thin shoulders, the lack of any true features (including a trailer). The first time I saw one, I thought, 'Why'd they make an Optimus that was so small?' Ops should be big and tough, not short with arms that hang to his knees. -Tony!
G1 Optimus for me! His vehicle mode passes off as a very decent toy truck and his robot mode is blocky...I like my bots blocky!
20th Anniversary Optimus Prime. My holy grail, and my 3rd most prized possession. (2nd being BW figures, 1st being my Gamecube)

G1 Prime will always be untouchable. Since that's the main toy I played with the most as a kid. RID Prime is my favorite from the rest
Kiss Convoy Seriously though, the best Optimus Prime toy to me is the 20th anniversary Masterpiece. No competition really in my book.
Scourge/Nemesis Prime has emerged as such his own character that I didn't include him in my favorite OpPrime list. Of course, my oversight. The Car Robots/RiD iteration is still the best, in my mind. The mold fit the paint job beautifully.

Weirdly my favourite is actually God Ginrai... the Japanese version of Powermaster Optimus Prime, not PM Prime himself. Why? I can't rightly say... I suspect its got something to do with the fact that as a kid I used to play with my cousins PM Prime a lot, I liked the fact his truck mode was similar to G1 Prime, but with lots of guns, and a turbocharged engine nestled in front. Also his bot mode looked more anime, and for the first time ever Primes SUPER MODE!!! Which while done already with Ultra Magnus, was better, cuz Prime actually became an integral part of that super bot, as opposed to the trailer becoming the entire bot. Alas when I had the opportunity to get one myself, he was sold out... scarred me to this day it seems. When I got hold of a PM Prime from eBay, he wasn't as good as I remembered (ah, rose tinted glasses, ain't they swell?) but then Takara reissued God Ginrai, who with all that Die Cast, retractable supermode hands and the Powermaster feature actually working WAS how I'd pictured PM prime in my yoof. I know he's a brick, but he's a FUN brick. The other front runners, MP01 and RID Prime are too fiddly to truly be considered fun. They're great, but GG pips them to the post.
Cybertron/GF Prime/Convoy. And to a certain point THS-01, the price point is the only reason so far that I dont have Mini Galaxy Convoy, I can bring myself to fork out £30+ for something so small, but I want one to terrorize my 'con LOC's.
