bayforemrs devs all the way
G1 of course.
Always liked the look of animated G1 Dev just a bit more over comic book G1 Devs.
So animated G1 toon Devastator gets my vote.
G1. I like my gestalts to have a unified color scheme. ROTF Dev looked like a rainbow puked on him.
G1 dev for the win, its such a classic design. I always appreciated he didn't have a bigger middle man like the rest of the combiners. Also I prefer the yellow g2 colors more.
Kinda hard to pick just one. I'm kinda thinkin movie Devs, just for being a big ass brute...I'm just not sure though.
Definitely RotF Devastator.
Nothing defeats the G1 DEVASTATOR NOTHING
You've got to be kidding me. There's one Devastator and it's the neon green and purple one from Generation One. The "Devastator" from Revenge Of The Fallen looks like a big bulldog with wrecking balls between its legs. That alone gets a big DQ from me.
I like Classics Devastator if he had a G1 face and proper hands.
G1 without question.
G1 hands down.
Not only does he look cooler but he can go toe to toe with Dinobots or anything else the Autobots can throw at him. Movie Devastator can't even handle the two robots that rode in on the short bus or the human weapons.
Cue me in on the nostalgia fix. G1.
But then again, if you ask me "which version of..." I prefer, the answer is going to be g1 a good 9 times out of 10. Probably more.
Not a real big fan of either one, but without a doubt G1 looks like a true Devastator!!
Especially during the 1986 movie. I don't care if it makes no sense in terms of scale but when the Constructicons combine while on Astrotrain is 10 levels of awesomeness. I prefer that look over the random assorted of colours that form a Deva-dog in ROTF.
G1...Movie devs looks like an oversized puppy. And it went out like a rabid dog.
Such a craptacular design.
But mostly because the toy is the most fun for me of all the Devastator incarnations.
G1 cartoon/comic design wins, but in toy stakes the RID/Universe one is my favourite, and was also my most highly anticipated.
Separate names with a comma.
