What are they? Speaking for myself...

-Longrack : truly original in all modes, super fun transformation, great headsculpt

-Apache (B'Boom) : another unique piece imo, VERY unusual headsculpt, very cool battle station mode for Optimus Minor

-Magmatron : unique combiner with impressive bot mode

-Magnaboss : the world needs more beast combiners... this is a good one

-Tripledacus (Tripredacus) : an even better beast combiner

    Fuzor Silverbolt, Quickstrike
    TM2 Tigerhawk, Stinkbomb, and Spittor
BWNeo Guiledart/Triceradon (kibbly, but tons of personality)
BW 10th has given me a new appreciation for Waspinator as well

Heh oddly enough I have zero japanese original BW molds. Depth Charge, Tigerhawk, Silverbolt, TM Terrorsaur, TM Tarantulas, TM Waspinator, Sky Shadow and Quickstrike come to mind.

For me, without a doubt, B'Boom comes in second after Primal. It's one and only of the 2 Triple Changers in BW, unless more came after BW1.

Third, Buzzsaw (waspinator repaint). His robotic head makes him look more like a Decepticon.

    Others..
Tripredacus (Gestalt) - Love the looks and easily the most complex transformation in the BW line. Getting the 3 into 1 took me about an hour.

Torca (Fuzor) - two powerhouse animals in 1? :rock  Love the robot mode and its gimmick (water squirter)

    Wolfang/K-9
Razorclaw (basic crab, not to be confused with Universe repaint of Tigerhawk)
    Rattrap (basic)

    TM Tarantulus
    Scorponok
    Sea Clamp
    Injector
    Silverbolt (the eagle)
    Fuzor Quickstrike
    Tigatron
    Tigethawk
    Rampage

So many more, trying to keep list small

    My favourites among my small beast collection are;
    Longrack
    Heinlad
    Polar Claw

I basically like them with fairly realistic looking beast mode.

Basics: Razorclaw, TM2 Stinkbomb, TM2 Slapper, Quickstrike

Deluxes: Pretty much all of the Deluxe Transmetal 1's, but especially Tarantulas and Rattrap. Silverbolt is the best Fuzor, but I also like Torca for some reason. With TM2's, Ramulus and Iguanus

Larger figures: Tigerhawk, Depth Charge, Rampage, B'boom

Not fond of most of the BW Neo stuff, as it's just too kibble ridden.

Rattrap, Razorbeast and Armordillo stand as my favourite Basics. I know the whole beast on my back thing irritates most people, but I love those early flipchangers. Terrorsaur would probably be up there too if I owned the mold. Also, Fuzor Quickstrike.

Fuzor Silverbolt is without a doubt my favourite Beast Wars mold, especially after a little custom work. That beast mode can't be beat, and the robot's not half bad either. Skyshadow is another great mold who is vastly underappreciated. All of the Transmetals were good, but Cheetor is the best of them, IMO. Would love to be able to get my hands on an X-9 or TM Tigertron. The Transmetal IIs were really hit and miss, but Ramulus and Prowl are both very nice figures.

Megas...I like B'boom, but the age of the figure really shows when compared to current stuff, or even later beast stuff. Not really much else to choose from here.

Tigerhawk is my favourite Ultra, no doubt. He could use a little more paint detailing, but that's a great figure and so is his repaint. I just love those winged fuzors. Out of the two gestalts, I think Magnaboss is more solid in combined mode while Tripredacus has better individual parts. Love them both though.

The Beast Wars is my favourite era of Transformers, I wish we'd get a return to both the theme of beasts and to the superposeable ball-jointed goodness of the time.

Magmatron doesn't count...if he does, the Big Convoy is my favorite. :p

But, figuring as those two are both Megs/Primal figures, I'd go with Tigerhawk and TM II Black Arachnia. Both are incredibly well done figures.

Basic - TM2 Scarem. Lots of great molding, an interesting transformation and giant blades for hands; can't beat that. A neat little figure overall and I'm working on collecting an army of them.

Deluxe - TM Terrorsaur is my absolute favorite and the one that I promote as much as humanly possible. TM2 Ramulus is another good one, except for the chrome chipping, and TM Cheetor is also fun.

Mega - TM Scavenger. Though the hip joints get weak pretty fast and the arms are huge, it's a versatile toy and there's a number of alternate vehicle modes possible with some minor adjustments. This is a very nice figure that doesn't get nearly enough appreciation.

Ultra - TM Rampage. Robot mode has a lot of annoying kibble, but the beast and vehicle modes are very good and the weapons are a lot of fun. Honourable mention to Magnaboss and Tripredacus, which would be higher if the combination was a bit more creative and the hip joints tigher (respectively).

Flimsy? Hell no. If you line everything up properly he's rock solid.

Definitely not. Once you've got everything pegged in correctly, it's probably one of the most solid Transmetal vehicle modes. Everything locks together securely and the treads stay in place when the toy is rolled along. The rolling and firing gimmick on the missile launcher doesn't work quite as well as I'd like, but it does fire.

Thanks, I'll put that one on my list!

And what about Scavenger (the ant/double-drill think)? Is it a good one?

    Basics:
    Razorclaw
    Insecticon
    Airhammer
    Quickstrike

These little guys are tons of fun, and have gotten more play time than any of my other transformers.

    Deluxe:
BW Neo Cohrada(He is a deluxe right?)
    Waspinator
    Jetstorm
    Scourge

Not quite as much fun as the aformentioned basics, but still great toys that have consumed large amounts of my time.

    Mega:
    B'boom

Aside from TM Megatron(who seems to have desintigrated :cry  ), he's the only BW Mega I have, and therefor wins by default. Even so, he's still a great toy, and plenty of fun.

    Ultra:
    Rampage

Though I possess all the Ultras(unless you count the combiners in this category), he's the only one who I actually played with a good deal. Part of this is probably that TM2 Megatron, Optimal Optimus, Tigerhawk, and Depthcharge aren't as easy or quick to transform, and seem to be more awkward than Rampage is. Also, each of his claws is about as big as most Deluxe figures, so I've had lots of fun using them to flatten those pesky Maximals. :ev:

Honorable mentions to TM2 Iguanus, TM Waspinator, Claw Jaw, and TM Turantulas.

Also, I've noticed a couple people mention Magmatron, but I've found him to be increadibly clumsy and awkward, making him difficult to pose for display, and all but unplayable.
