    Hey guys,Happy Holidays!
Seeing as how it is almost the end of the year, what was everyone's favorite album they heard from 2007?
Mine would have to go to Modest Mouse-We were dead before the ship sank.

    Black Lab - Technologie.

I initially picked it up just because it had a fantastic cover of the 1986 TF:TM theme, but the whole album is just incredible. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that not all of Black Lab's stuff is like the stuff on "Technologie".

There version Of the TF theme is way better than Freaking MUTEMATH,I think this should have been on the soundtrack for the movie IMO!

I was going to go with this one, but it just sounds too much like every one of their past albums expect they actually used a piano once.

    So I'll go with

    The White Stripes 'Icky Thump'

I like how the Stripes keep it fresh with every album.

Hm, second the Icky Thump. Trying to think of anything else I've really listened to this year, but nothing really tops the Stripes for me.
