I'll go with Mephisto. As much of a piece of crap that One More Day was, and how incredibly out of character it was for Spiderman it was a perfectly Bastardly moment for Mephisto. I mean he did it for the sake of being evil and nothing else. Proving once again that there's nothing he won't do just to give someone a really bad day.
