I'd probably play as all of them at one point or another but I think off the bat, I'll be a scout.

 

I'm probably going to go with Scout, as I've thought up a fan bot concept that's basically an Autobot thief. But in the end it all depends on what the weapons and abilities of each class are and how well the alt modes look.

Though if it says anything, my favorite bot to use in the RotF game was Sideways.

How do we know that we cant choose what type of vehicle we want the class set too? Because really, I doubt Megatron can be both Leader and Tank under different classes.

I'm guessing that I'll end up playing as all of them, but I'd prolly start with a scientist. Because they're just badass disguised as nerds.

I mean, look at Wheeljack.

And Perceptor.

... And Starscream. Wasn't he a scientist at some point?

 

As far as I can tell, in context to the classes, Megatron is only considered a Soldier. Him being a Leader only refers to his rank within the story line. I think that when they went to make the different classes they decided to come up with names for each class, instead of just using that classe's alt-mode as the name (makes it more interesting).

I think the classes have less to do with rank, and more to do with what type of alt-mode you have, and what abilities you can choose from. Weapons, on the other hand, seem to be available for more than one class, or at least it looks that way. In the video about the create-a-bot feature there is a white Optimus Prime that appears to have Megatron's style of gun, or something very close to it.

Though all this is based off of the little info we actually have, and is definitely, to some degree, guesswork. Things could turn out to be different in the end.

I'm sticking with Prime (Leader) but unless Jazz is in the game I may use a Scout also.

 

Prime and whatever Sideswipe is for me. Will try others though as well.
