Transmetal Cheetor. Not only can I fly and shoot lasers, I'm small enough to still go to work and fit in my house. I'm also a cat which is amazing and I've got huge pecs. Plus my transformation is simple enough so I won't get dizzy or stuck when I do it. Only thing is I'd have to deal with having claw hands so typing and playing games will take adjusting, but it never seemed to bug Cheetor.

Failing that, probably Optimus Primal's first body. Again, flight and desirable size, but I'd be super strong, have even more weapons, and my gorilla mode would eliminate uncomfortable kibble whilst still being humanoid. And I'd have real hands, and not have to drop anything I'm holding when I transform. Plus gorillas are cool.

Actually no one because Transformers for some reason can still feel pain and that totally negates my reasons for having a robot body in the first place. I don't want immortality if I still feel like shit all the time.
