So what was your Favourite film from 2008?

This was a year that bought us comic book heaven, Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk and The Dark Knight.

It also bought us one of the best animated films ever, Wall.E. If you've not seen this then why the hell not?

Anyway weirdly and strangely, my probable favourite film last year was probably Rambo.

Seriously. Its one of those films I wish I saw in the Cinema, and right about now am considering getting on Blu-Ray even though I have the DVD already.

It was the biggest surprise for me in 2008, everyone who saw it loved it, but because of the wife we left Rambo alone. After seeing it on DVD, it hit all the right buttons. The film had lots to say, wasn't preachy about it and lots and lots of violence. Its score is totally awesome too.

Its a weird choice I know, especially considering the competition that year.

    Anyway, whats yours?

Probably Iron Man as it was the only film that didn't make me want to shoot myself in the face after viewing.

    Here's my top three:

    1. The Dark Knight- no surprise there as I'm a big Batman fan.
    2. Ironman- really good movie, and I can't wait for the second.
    3. The Day The Earth Stood Still- I'll definitely be in the minority on this, but I did really like it, tbch.
