It took a little longer than I thought it would, but my bundle of joy arrived yesterday. The first TF's received this year (opened Megs first)..
I paid for a TFClub membership so I could get sideburn. That will probably be my only purchase this year. If FP comes out with an add on for it, all the better.
The first TF that was delivered to me was HFTD Payload: Got him for Christmas, but didn't take him on the flight back, so shipped it back to myself and it arrived to me in 2011. The first TF that I opened in 2011 was PCC Searchlight with Backwind: I still have not bought a new TF(besides pre-orders) in 2011 yet though.
Almost a month in, but yesterday I got my Pile of Loot from BBTS. Wreck-gar, Lugnut, Perceptor, G2 Prime, Grapple, and Bumblebee. Technically Bumblebee is the first one I opened cos I was familiar with the mold, so I just wanted to get him on the shelf and out of the way. Perceptor was the first one I opened that was a new mold, so I guess he's my first TF of 2011 (although I only opened him first so I could spend more time on Wreck-gar XD)
My first for 2011 was Kup. I managed to get jazz and tracks back in 2010. Kup and Perceptor were the first two I opened and put on my shelf for 2011. Which makes me very happy cause now I've got 4 wreckers on my shelf. Kup, Perceptor, Springer, and Drift. And no whining drift's not a wrecker. He was asked to join in his spotlight by Kup, and he accepted. He's just not currently a wrecker, because he was vetoed off the team by Prowl which is stated in Last Stand of the wreckers. Which is why he isn't in the mini. Drift's probably the shortest length wrecker member without dying. Wreck-gar is the next I'm opening now, then scourge. =D *Edit* Pics are up. Saving Scourge and Thunderwing for later though. Why open em all at once.
