I have started hanging up on people.

when i fill out a 4 page form, and put down my cell phone number, i am telling you that i will be the one answering that phone if you call.

well, yesterday afternoon i cut calls short because i had reached my limit.

    phone rings, i answer. "hello.

    "
Caller- I would like to speak to {My name}...
Me- "That's me." or, i say, you are talking to him, or some variation of that.

    Caller- this is {My name}?

the first time, i replied as such:
you're not talking to him anymore... and i hung up.

second call went the same, but i ended the call differently.

    Who gave you this number?
caller- um, {they say my name}.

me- then this should be the guy you are talking to.

    Caller- are you him?
    I hung up.

Third time began the same and ended like this:
Caller- so is {my name} there?
    Me- yeah, he's here.

Caller- well can i speak to him?
    me- you have.

    Caller- when?
Me- before i hung up on you.

    and i hung up.

it is okay to ask for someone when you call, but asking repeatedly even after you have been told you have the right person, that makes you look retarded and insults me.

    so, good-bye.

I transpose two of the digits on my cell phone number whenever a form "requires" it but doesn't really need it.

Why are you giving your number to people you don't want calling you? I mean, I'm assuming you don't want them calling you if'n you're hanging up on them.

You're suppose to give out the number of a pizza place or something, not your own.

do you do that to your doctors? to the people that take care of you?

i gave my number to and only give my number to people that really have to get in touch with me.
but still, the secretary at the hospital, or eye clinic still has to grill me like Regis on "Who wants to be a millionaire"

that your final answer? yes that is my name and you called me.
    You sure? final answer?
    whatever.

i don't even want to know what kind of form you're filling out that requires a telephone #. if it's a web form it's 100% spam/viral.

So you only give out your number to people who would need to call you for important matters. And then you hang up on them when they make sure they definetly have the right person to be talking to about something important...?

    Wow...
