Don't know how many people know about this (isn't really advertised), but when I downloaded Castlevania:Symphony on the PS3 the other day, I also installed it on my PSP. Well I started a new game on the PS3, but it kinda sux to start again on PSP after alread playing for hours on PS3. But if you go to your saves folder, you can copy and convert the save to PSP and vice versa, so you can take the game with you where you left off. Also, if a PSN/PS1 game you download is one that you have OLD saves for you on your PS1 memory card, those can also be converted to PSP and you can play your old saves. Ie. I still have all my crafts and achievements from my old Wipeout saves from years ago as well as my 108% save from Symphony of the Night.

Now bring on Final Fantasy 7, so I can go hunting for those weapons with my old save from years ago.

Good to know it works. I must have done something wrong when I tried to transfer my save from the PS3 to PSP for CSOTN. But I was sure you were supposed to be able to do it.

Transfering from the old PS1 memory card is really awesome though.

And if you use CWcheat, you can transfer the save file from the PSP to your PC.

But of course Sony doesn't want you doing THAT.

if you use a USB cable, or a memory stick reader, you can copy the save from your PSP to the PC.

Just go to the save on your PS3 (with the PSP plugged in), and press triangle. Then go to copy and it will ask you if you want to convert the save to a format that the PSP can read.

I thought I read that the newest PS3 firmware fixed that. Maybe give it try if you have updated.

And use it with PC emulators? No, you need cwcheat for that.
