back again with a new custom. when i seen soundwave i said what autobot could i turn him into. i went with the hound dog. i used classics hound head and crash guard added some paint and you get wfc hound. hasbro might not have plans for more wfc figures so im just trying to expand my wfc figures. hope you guys like. big project on the way never think i seen it done:drool:

added alt pics and lowered the head

nicely done, looks like your paint apps are pretty slick too, heads a little small for that mold, I looked at a classics seeker head but its the same size, maybe if it sat lower like Soundwaves it would work better.

    Alt mode pics?
I like what you've done with this.. But I think the head sticks up off the body too much that it makes him look weird..

Can you get it lower more like soundwave's head? Even if it doesn't allow him to look up and down?

The silver lining of getting limited toys from a line is that it forces fans to be creative with what they have. This is a perfect match for hound. as others have suggested, I think if it the head sat lower like soundwave's does it would look more integrated. I don't think a classics seaker's head would work cuz it's even smaller. however this cybertron thundercracker head might work? just a thought to bat around. I think this looks great as is!

Not big on the head as it's a little too small, is awkwardly higher than Soundwave's, and doesn't quite match the WFC aesthetic. Still, the rest of it screams WFC Hound. I can almost see Hasbro releasing a retool/redeco of this.

That's actually pretty cool. Definitely better than I would have imagined it, lol. I can imagine the alt-mode looks pretty good with the guard on the front of it. Out of curiosity, got any plans for the left over Soundwave head and weapons :D

This is great... this mold works amazingly well for Hound somehow! I want one too! :D

I agree that the neck feels too long, but the head size is probably fine.

thanks for the feedback guys. the ball jointed neck makes the head look smaller. i was going to leave it out but just did it for the head movement.

very nice, I'd love to see Hasbro do this Hound as a repaint for Soundwave then do something like Blaster who i'm afraid they will do instead.

that looks great. If I may back seat bash for a second, If you were to fill in soudwave's "yellow 'tape deck' rectangle" with vertical bars to mimic but not copy a jeep front end, I think that would totally seal it.
