No extras, no sale for me. I hope the extras have already been done, like the cover, and are just held up in limbo for some reason (I wouldn't be surprised if it was the Hachette releases that complicated things).

If you just want the stories just buy the Hachette versions, or the previous reprints.

 

I dont care who I buy it from but just give me those black and white issues all colored nicely and collected in one book or at least chronologically with other stories !

 

I actually think that the extras are probably mostly done. I kinda doubt Roberts intended on doing 8 separate interviews with Furman to cover specifically the content of each specific volume. There was probably one interview, with maybe a couple emails sent back and forth to clear little details.

 

I hope so. Even if not, is there any reason Roberts stepping down from TF would mean he couldn't carry on writing blurb?

 

If Roberts is part of the reason this has been held up (though I suspect he isn't), then him finishing his writing work would hypothetically allow him more time to tie up whatever loose ends he might have on this project. Given that this situation matches the GI Joe Hardcovers, I think this is simply IDW being gun shy, and these reprints likely have not sold well.

 

I wonder how Hachette's sales compare. Heck, I wonder if there's some agreement not to publish while that series is ongoing to avoid overlap.

Oh man and how do I get to read digitally the Marvel UK run now? Also I'm kinda spoiled by Guided View. I can only pirate it now. But I want it with remastered colors and Guided View  

 

I have the Space Pirates and Time Wars trades from IDW in addition to volumes 1-5. What remaining relevant UK material am I missing?
