In March James Roberts said ideally it would be out by the end of the year. We still have November and December's solicitations for IDW to announce it for this year. It also wouldn't surprise me if it slips to early next year. So there is nothing to do but bide your time and hold out hope!

I'm also hoping we'll see a complete G2 book to finish up the US Classics.

I really want these trades to finish. And it'd be nice if they could increase the schedule to more than 1 per year.

YES and YES to ALL suggestions above.

Colored Earthforce would be great - one of the annuals had some of the stories colored, but most stayed in B&W.

G2 book with all US and UK stories would be great. I found some scans of the US ones, but they are all fuzzy.

So as one who knew about the UK run and read through a couple YEARS back, what are the best stories to start out, and what are the best stories period? I have the whole 80s G1 U.S. run so I'm familiar with what happened there and the Death's Head run. Found a good deal and want to pick out 5 or 6 of the UK volumes to try. Also, Titan or IDW, which is better?

There's no chance it will be released this year since Dec's books are already up on Amazon. There's never been an IDW TPB/HC that showed up in solicit that wasn't up on Amazon first. Plus even if it was up, it'd have the usual delay.

It's looking very grim for this book.

Target 2006 is THE Marvel UK story. The one where they really came into their own. I was so lucky I got into collecting the comic just as it started back in 1986.

The Wrath of Guardian and In The National Interest are great Dinobot focused stories.

Jan solicits are up? Where? Link please if you have one.

And I also want that UK Classics Vol. 6 to come out as well. I'd hate for this collection to be unfinished.

Solicts aren't up but if you search "IDW" on Amazon and sort by "Publication Date" you can see the books for January. Amazon gives more advance notice than Previews/Diamond

They usually pop up towards the end of the month, when the Diamond/Previewsworld solicts go up.

Pardon me for raising this from the dead. Has there been anything new about this volume lately? Just put in a big order of trades to catch me up for a bit and I noticed this still hasn't been offered.

Still no news. James Roberts is doing a Twitter Q&A in a couple hours, so if you use Twitter, you may want to ask there. (I tweeted the question, but it might not hurt to have another ask as well.)

I also asked about it on Twitter, so hopefully he ends up responding to one of the questions.
