My sister just called and she booked two rooms up in Tahoe for the weekend of Christmas to celebrate my mom's birthday. Which means I'll be able to do some snowboarding and gambling. Woohoo! But now I need to get off my ass and get new tires and snow chains. Anyone else leaving town for Christmas?
Um... I'm working all night of the 23rd, going to my dad's the 24th, going to my Great Grandma's Christmas day. Hopefully get a new car between some of those points...
going back to suck town where my folks live, which is about an hour away from my apt...no where special...it's all about family time
I'm in Prince Edward Island and I'm heading home to Nova Scotia for Christmas, work actually gave me two weeks off, which was mind blowing. So ,yeah, back to Crackton for the holidays!
My dad's going in for some major back surgery on the 22nd, so he'll be in the hospital during Christmas, but once he's home, my sister's family and I will be heading to my parents' house in Maine to celebrate Christmas probably around the 27th or 28th.
Yeah I am. I am going to my sisters place in Southern Minnesota Christmas day. This year I am going to stay longer, since I am not going to make the same mistake as I did last year, and open the store.
My view from the condo we stay at every year in North Shore (Tahoe City). We'll be there at the end of Jan for my bday weekend. Hopefully my boy won't be sick this year. Can't wait! Hope you have a good trip!
My wife will be here on the 23rd and we might go to Las Vegas for a few days, or I might take the job I was offered today and start working on the 26th and skip the trip.
Okay, so I just put on my snowboard gear on and realized that I haven't worn the damned thing for like three years now. I didn't realize I have so many zippers, draw strings, and pockets on the jacket and pants. Half the stuff I don't know what it's there for.
I keep going by this topic reading the title thinking "He got a Chevy Tahoe for Christmas?! Lucky son of a bitch!" ...guess I should check what's in a topic more often, huh?
