The article is too long. I had spinach last night and the night before, and aparently it can take 3 to 9 days to show symptoms. Awesome. Yay me for eating healthy.

I did too, but it doesn't say anything about Minnesota. My girlfriend and I have each had a particularly strong "cold" lately, but I don't think it's e-coli or anything.

If that were only the case. E. Coli can cause kindey failure. I have chronic kidney disease.

I doubt I have it, but still kind of scary.

Good thing I only eat pizza and chocolate-covered donuts.

    And grape soda.

    And gummy rats.

I was actually refering to the vegitables, if they don't kill you by giving you e. coli, they will make you stronger.

Noob, everyone knows that Popeye eats canned spinach.

As for the news, it has me fairly alarmed. I eat bag spinach almost every day. So far Florida hasn't had any outbreaks, but I'm keeping my eye on this news.

Speaking of the hungry man meals. It's been really difficult for me. I am on a restricted low sodium diet for life because of my condition. If it progresses any worse, I will also have to restrict my protein intake.

There are so many prepackaged meals that have a complete disregard for daily nutritional allowances. It is horrible. These hungryman meals exceed the daily allowance for sodium in one meal.

I wish the regulations were more strict on these food companies. I understand that everyone has a right to eat whatever they want, but this food is blatently unhealthy, and many people wouldn't even think it. Even most of the "healthy" pre packaged meals I can't eat because they exceed my daily allowance for sodium. I even have to pass on canned vegetables for god's sake. Most canned green beans have around 17% sodium. And that is just a small portion of a meal.

    Sorry, end rant.

I eat those all the time, especially the day after I hit the weights really hard!
