Anybody find anything this weekend (or recently)?

Picked these guys up today for a total of $44 (probably paid too much):

I'd say you did pretty well.

    Does Sizzle still work?

    Wow...2 questions:

    Are the G2's unopened?
Is Bulkhead complete? He looks like it; I just can't tell if he has all four missiles.

    In any case, great find!

I stopped by one today on my way home from work, I found a black scorponok from Energon/cybertron or whatever series he was from, and a lonely leader 1 minicon. I didn't have any cash on me though

Nothing happens when I press the button through the little window on the package. He hasn't been opened yet so I'm not sure if it is just a battery thing.

Yeah I know...but I see Rework does this from time to time...maybe we could have a separate thread for yard sales/flea markets? I hate going through the thread you mentioned when all I am trying to do is find yard sale finds.

All of the G2 figures are unopened. However, the Sizzle packaging is quite yellowed and the Beachcomber card is ripped where it would have hanged on the peg.

Bulkhead was mostly there - I'm still missing one missle.

Anybody have an idea of how much the G2 figures would sell for? I tried looking on ebay but couldn't find any comparable sales. I might want to flip these but I'm kinda partial to the Sizzle one though...

I think the battery is a safe bet. Considering that toy is well over ten+ years old, I highly doubt ANY battery produced back then for toys could last that long.

I'd expect they could go for a pretty decent amount to the right seller. I'd hold onto them until you can get a general idea of what they're worth, though, so you can also get an idea of wether or not you want to keep them or sell them.

Sealed TFs in protective cases at a yard sale? That totally changes my perspective on garage sales and such. Congrats on the haul!

    Sealed G2 figures at.a yard sale.is badass.

Search completed auctions on ebay and and you should get an idea of what they're going for.

Not a yard sale, but I did get a G1 Trailbreaker yesterday at a flea market for $25. He's only missing the piece that fits into the back of his head, so I think I did pretty well! Good finds on the G2 stuff! I would definitely be happy with those!

    Thanks everybody!

Orio - how long have you lived in Albuquerque? The reason why I ask is because I was there around 10 years ago on a cross-country trip and found some G1 figures in their original boxes at a local vintage toy shop. I got a really good deal on them. I wish I could remember the name - I think it had "Rudy's" or something like that in it's name. I was just curious if it was still there.

There were no protective cases - that's just how the G2 deluxes came in their packaging back in the day.

Picked up an Armada Galvatron, Movie Legends Jazz, Movie Legends Ratchet, Movie Jazz, Movie '74 Camaro Bee, Classics Astrotrain, Universe Legends Onslaught, Star Wars Crossovers Plo Koon (I think), Movie Rescue Ratchet, BW Happy Meal Beetle, Robot Heroes Movie Jazz, Robot Heroes Movie Blackout, Robot Heroes Movie Optimus Prime, and an unidentified blue deluxe-sized KO car bot with Toyota symbols on him for $5 this weekend.

They're all missing accessories and some are a bit loose and worn, but not bad for the money.

Might look to offload the Classics Astrotrain, Movie Bee and Movie Jazz, as I already have them.
