I ordered an new Alt Ravage from them on the 5th of March, it says it shipped on the 6th. Well today is the 29th and nothing has made it here. The site had free shipping so I figured it would take a while, but their estimate on the site said 12 days. Has anyone shopped there before and what have your experiences been?
I've shopped there once, early last year I think. If I remember right shipping didn't take near that long, maybe a week at most. Though, the box my stuff was shipped in wasn't the sturdiest thing and it got pretty banged up. Good thing I was opening the toy anyway... :/
Just got my Rijie from them. The box they sent it in looked like it was kicked for a 50 yard field goal but the actual Rijie box itself was perfect.
I ordered BT Clear Rijie (Mirage) from them. Shipping took about 10 days to California. The package arrived at my door looking like a squished accordion. I opened the box to find packing peanuts and my Rijie with a cave-in on the bottom of the box. Way to pack your product Xybertoys! Next time use a bigger box. 2 thumbs down from me!
