Watching Ben's review, I think he's actually too 'clean' for me. When he's on that turnstyle and you see him from the side, his torso is so thin, whereas most Transformers, and especially the carbots, tend to have a fair bit of bulk to them. I mean, I guess Montana might look okay on a strictly Decepticon shelf, but I like to display my figures against each other. So between his larger scale and his thin torso, he'd just look totally out of place against the Autobot carbots. Of course, if you're a combined-mode-only person, that's not an issue. But for my purposes, Crackup looks much better.

At this point I'm very tempted to get Crackup just as Breakdown, even if I can't get all the Stunticons.

This is the best hallucinogen 40 bucks can buy!!! It's better, it's more screen accurate, it has the right amount of non screen accuracy, etc, etc!!!

    No it's just 40 bucks!!

FWIW, I feel it has just the right balance of cartoon and toy, which is often a difficult balance to strike. And at this price point (essentially the same price as a Legends scale 3P figure) so what if you try one and don't like it. Flip it or simply put it on a shelf as a nice stand alone.

I think he’s a nice figure regardless of price.

Tell me about it. 1 or 2 more faces shouldn't drive up the cost dramatically. It's like all their figures lately have the same face sculpt as Transistor/Stratotanker. DX9 nailed the face sculpt on theirs.

The anticipation of this figure reminds me of the first G1 Stunticon I found in the toy aisle of a K-Mart when I was a kid. (It was DeadEnd) I was so happy to find one finally, and I couldn’t wait to get them all. The same goes for this figure.

This is going to be my first ever combiner figure. I could never find any when I was a kid so this is exciting.

@ibot , will the main figure be the last figure or in-between them for the release date order?

I’m in the same boat, but for me this will be my 1st actual Stunticon.
I never found them in shops over here when I was a kid. Hell even the Combaticons where a pain the butt to find, I only had Swindle and Vortex.

I did have all Protectobots though, as they where like everywhere!

It's crazy because my first one was Motormaster and then Vortex (two different combiners I know) but I never got to own a complete set. Sure I brought the box set but that was g2 colours and it wasn't Masterpiece size. This on the other hand ticks all my boxes! It's my first 3rd party combiner, it's in g1 colours, it looks like it has come from the cartoons! I guess my only concern and maybe minor would be how Motormaster matches up with Prime. Is he going to scale up to MP10 or is it a case that he is going to be a bit smaller? Whichever way its not something I'm majorly concerned about, price of it might be but again not a massive concern. I think my main concern is how long each will take to come out. I don't know if it has been said if all of them are coming out this year but I rather the QC has been done and x-transbots are happy with it. Either way thank you again X-transbots for doing this and making a great job on them! I can't wait to have Crackup at long last and I'm really excited to see how Motormaster turns out!

X-Transbots has been taking a little bit longer to come out with product because they have really been working on perfecting the QC of their molds. So I would be surprised if we get every figure in this set by the end of the year. But, as always, I’m happy to wait for high quality figures.
