Idk how the initial copies were, but if i shine a light where the glossy finish itll reflect it back.

 

Are there little shiny specks in the paint?

 

None that ive seen, checked, didnt see any. Fingerprints show up though

 

Took me a while, but I get it!

 

Finally decided to get him. My 2nd XTB purchase. I also bought a G1 KO Cyclonus to go with him.

 

It's very nice that xtb reissued him. Was.able to get several st discounted price so I'm happy with it.

Think this mold is also very cool and nails the character.

 

I agree. At first, I was turned off by the lower legs and thought they were too chunky but since I've been watching reviews of him, he grew on me and decided to get him.

 

I like FT's stuff but I don't see a need to upgrade this guy to theirs. He's Cyclonus through and through.

 

I still want him toy-purple coloured. One of the best figures I own, but I think he's _too_ toon-accurate!

 

Came yesterday. No doubt he looks like cyclo, but playability factor is a bit low. Final verdict after a transformation. Low expectations already since the thrusters popped out of his legs and I had to carefully bend the plastic to get them back in....

 

Ive only had one issue. The cockpit tab. What other issues are there?

 

There were quite a few complaints early on.

 

Yea, the tab breakage was the only issue I had. The cockpit was easy, hold both sides down till it can't go down anymore, and then move the seat down.

 

Been watching reviews on this again and the Targetmaster looks kinda "meh". Maybe I'll change my mind about it when the figure arrives to me.
Wondering if MT Bounceback's Targetmaster has the hand tabs to fit onto Eligos' hands?

 

Hes a fun little dude for me. What do you find meh about him? Lack of paint?

Mt uses the takara tabbing system so it should.

 

After reading back in the thread a see some problems sprung up after transformation, such as looseness and stress marks, and the transformation itself seems almost unanimously unpleasant. I’m going to forgo this round of transformation and g’head and put mr clonus on the shelf here in botmode.

 

That could be why. Like I mentioned earlier, once I get mine, I'll probably change my mind and end up liking him.

 

I think i might paint his legs silver. I want to do them black but it would look bad in robot mode.
