Thanks Peaugh. Stax looks a little vanilla, but I like it. Look forward to getting it.

My only complaint with them is that they kinda look like they r testshots.I dont like the chromed arms and isnt Pipes' thighs supposed to be white/silver? I'll keep my preorder on him though

Your review had black thighs, but other photos have had blue. Did you have an early test shot?

Also, you didn't mention, do they BOTH come with coins? They have one guy on each side, so do you end up with 2 identical coins?

I see that there are options for the stacks. You can still mount them to the cabs... Here is Krank with Stax Transformation...

I think Stax do need some paint apps. He is almost all blue from the front.

Well, one assumes reprolabels will come.

Can the OP provide a picture of the two in robot mode with each other's transformations?

Do the chests actually snap into anything to hold onto in robot mode?

    @ Peaugh,

Thanks for the review. I have a recommendation for the next videos on mp style tfs. Can you pls indicate when an important lock is present, and when it is not. You did this with Bovis / Fortis, and that was a nice touch. I can sort of guess here, but not 100% sure.

From the video, I get the impression that it is not sloppy, and holds well. Unlike the KFC Perceptor molds that look very sloppy. Is this the case?

You mentioned quality of plastic looks less good than Bovis / Fortis. Is it also the case for the MP cars?

I don't like the chrome arms, thus I would only consider the 3rd repaint on this.

Pics with other Deluxe Classic Mini-Bots would be nice. Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Warpath, etc.

Was entirely on the fence about these two, but your review has convinced me that they're worth a pick up. *AHEM*... no pun intended.

From what I understand these are very close to but not actually final versions. So the paint may change on the thighs.

There was one coin in the package I received. Not sure if the individual ones will include it or if it will only be available in the set.

They don't SNAP snap, but they do tab onto a post inside the main body.

I'll try to take some this afternoon. They are a good deal larger than those figures though.

I don't have a problem with Huffer being a bit taller than Bumblebee.

Oh, if you have Toyworld Orion? That might be a good comparison... and can he haul the FansProject G3 trailer or the BTS Classic Optimus Trailer?

I don't have either of those trailers to test.

Doubtful, since MP-10's trailer hitch height is maybe 1.5 times higher than Classics Prime's. It's gonna be propped up awfully funny.

Thanks for the review :thumb ! I've made my decision to just buy Cubex's Huffer but also get X-Transbot's Pipes. That'll work :) .

BTW Peaugh, are you going to review Cubex Huff when he comes out and do a comparison between the 2 Huffers?
