Yes you would have to get it as an extra and it's $99 http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/x/xbox360wirelessnetadapter/

If you can hardwire into your router then you do get everything you need in the box. Personly I don't like going wireless for a any gaming. If you can't hardwire it in then you're stuck but if you can I would (and do).

Yeah for online gaming I would not go wireless unless you have a dam good connection.

Bah, we were playing Warhawk wireless last night, as well as Eye of Judgement and it worked great. And my connection isn't all that great, something I am constantly reminded of when I download animated episodes.

What doesn't work so great is that eye-sore of a wire running into my 360 across the room, because I refuse to spend 100 bucks on a Wireless with so many great games coming out this Summer.

Is the wireless adapter still $100?

Truth is any wireless access point (sometimes called a bridge) will work as long as it has an RJ-45 port.
I have seen these for as low as $30 at Frye's.

Also, Windcharger gets +1 Internets for beginning his post with "Bah".
