Damn.. I really like Bret Hart so I just may pre order it through Best Buy. I haven't bought a wrestling game since Here Comes the Pain so it's been such a long time, but this year's edition looks like it's going to be worth it.

Edit: Went to BB's website but there's no mention of Bret Hart at the pre order screen so I'm going to hold off until I am sure.

The graphics that play for each superstar as they walk out, on the curved monitor to the right of the entrance. Like for Stone Cold it says "Austin 3:16." In past games they would just flash the Smackdown/RAW/PPV logo there. The minitrons make it more authentic. :)

2010 doesn't have corner fnishers in the C-a-F, but 2011 is getting them. What all we can do remains to be seen though.

I pre-ordered my copy of the game in Walmart.com. I really like the Support the troops stage.

Have the super springy ring ropes been replaced with normal acting ropes like the original Smackdown games?
Have the animations of moves been revised to actually depict impact?
Has the sound been adjusted so it actually sounds like the crowd are into the near falls and certain moves actually creating a noise on impact?
Is there an option to remove the commentary, as listening to WWE self proclaimed hype and love is very annoying?

I'm not buying a WWE game again until these options are fixed. I still can't believe a wrestling game has animations for moves that look pitiful, hell games like Dead Rising 2 sport a better DDT than anything i've seen from the series so far (post Here Comes the Pain).

Still fighting the urge to buy this game. I haven't played a wrestling game in ages so I am not sure if I'd still like it, but if I order from Best Buy it comes with Bret Hart who is my favorite wrestler of all time so I am still undecided.

    Oh Hell yeah.
Rent it if your unsure. Also you can buy it after release day at Best Buy and still get Hart, doesn't have to be a preorder.

I saw videos on the THQ website. I see the "Create Your Moment" theme come into play in where you win you see an instant replay showing off the highlights of your match. Its a nice touch.

The Ladder match looks a bit improved toning down the grab meter on the Briefcase/Championship.

Looking forward to this year's edition. The last one was disappointing imo, 2010 was going to be the last WWE I'll buy. However this game brought a lot of features that caught my eye like the Universe-mode.

I only hope the Road to Wrestlemania for the CAW is better. The last one was dumb.

It's better than 2010's? What'd they do? I thought they pretty much finally nailed it by finally getting rid of that insanely stupid guessing game of pressing one or both of the sticks in random directions until you find the "sweet spot" that makes the grab meter drain quicker.

Yeah, it was pretty silly. But you have to admit parts of it were down right hilarious. Getting to screw with Vince while he was talking in the ring, DX-Style by messing with his voice and drawing on screen was a riot. And of course the Chicken Dance at 'Mania :lol :

The caw ROTW this year lets you take the road up to
ending Untertaker's streak at Wrestlemania. Lots of druid shenanigans ensue.
