Everything about Voyager Optimus that annoyed me feels good on Octone. Funny how that works. Especially because the garish G2 Prime is growing on me. I guess I just hated calling that shape G1 Optimus

Regarding Necro, it's not Tailgate, it's supposed to be Wipe-Out a minion of Trypticon in the Marvel comics. Wipe-Out was basically black recolor of Tailgate.

I'm really bummed out that the clones aren't deluxes. I've had Wingspan and Pounce since I was a kid and have wanted a decent deluxe-size since Generations started picking up steam. I can only hope that somewhere in the future they get a proper modernisation : /

It's not just the TLK Voyagers getting the price increase; deluxes are gonna be $20.

Keep in mind that that's also the current MSRP for Titans return deluxes and voyagers, stores are simply selling them cheaper.

And in the off chance someone doesn't believe me, next time you're in toys r us, have them pull up the internal sales page for generations deluxes. Suggested retail from hasbro is $19.99 USD

Minibots mia from Generations: Beachcomber, Outback, Hubcap

Now that RoadChaseBurn is kicking about the other 5 Throttlebots would be nice

I could also see the Sparkbots, Firecons, and Powerdashers working pretty well as Legends

Vangelus, have you or anyone else taken a picture of Black Shadow as the jet with Fastpacks?

The official information from Toy Fair has them as $17 & $25 Transformers: Generations – 2017 Product Description Official Press Release - Transformers News - TFW2005

Is MSRP different from suggested retail price?

I need weekly arguments about whose gun matches whose. Perhaps a spin-off podcast?

The 19.99 for deluxe's at TRU is no shock. They'll occasionally play the game of matching other store prices but who wants to go through that? This is why I haven't purchased a figure from TRU in over 2 years (bought 3 Bombshells in Feb 2015). I'll only go in one these day "IF" one happens to be near a store that I was already planing on going to.

Aw, the three of them didn't say their thoughts on the Power of their Primes voting results. Was really looking forward to them.

The podcast group over at Seibertron did....

Some believe that this whole voting system was a big waste since Hasbro already knew what they were going to do regardless. They also mentioned that BW's always miraculously win those Hall of Fame polls each year to.

I get that there are fans who love BeastWars but IMO, it feel's like Hasbro doesn't have enough faith in the franchise to make their own line for it which is why they shoehorn them in with CHUG figures. But angst and resentment aside. If Hasbro where to just make a Voyager or Leader class Monkey Prime, the people who are into it would rejoiced and buy it. Case Closed!

But Hasbro wants to cross them over with G1/IDW/etc. in hopes that it'll gain more hype and sell more. But all this poll did for me was help me to realize that we're getting screwed once again out of a quality Deathsaurus figure who would've gone great with my pending Leader class Phase 6er's.

There was a Cliffjumper that came out in the Thrilling 30 legends class with a target master guy.

That aside, if the 4Chan rumors of there being a Scorponok, Dinobots who aren't only Grimlock and actual Target Masters in the POTP line are true. I think I can ignore the BW stuff.

Power of the Primes vote doesn't strike me as having as much direct toyline impact as the Fan Built Bots, so once Deathsaurus didn't win I lost most of my interest. If there aren't 2018/2019 figures in the works for all of the nominees I'll be a little surprised.

Eh, makes sense. Here's hoping no more leaks ruin anticipation for future figures.
