Is Popeye's the place for people who like all their food to be the same boring color? Yes I'll have the light yellowy brown with a side of light yellowy brown and a side of light yellowy brown. To go please.

Anything other than "Blackened Ranch" is the wrong choice, when it comes to dipping sauces at Popeye's.

::edit: Heh, someone other than me is making a color palette critique. :D

    Also, 3rd party names:
    Van-Gus

...I\'ve been sitting at a Starbucks listening to this for the bast 30 minutes. It\'s right across the street from a Popeyes...

I\'m still concerned about the quality, especialy when you can buy a GALLON of sweet tea there for 1.49...

For a WTF combiner, while Build King is a great metaphor, I want this to be Combiner Wars style where Vangelus is a chest piece, one of the guests is the new guy (ala Rook or Alpha Bravo), and Tony Balaca forms the torso to give it that Boombox head.

    Your 3rd party names:
    - Torso: Toned Bach
    - Chest: Vanity Angel
    - Left leg: Malleable Waver
    - Right leg: Spin Buzzle
    - Left arm: Iron Smithy
    - Right arm: Triple Jerry
    - Combined name: Wonderful The Feel King

    Just because, more timestamps:

    0:00:00 - Cold opening
    0:00:21 - Intro
0:01:20 - Trans5mers: Even Team Edition or, Are Helicopters Even Real?
0:05:50 - Aaron's New Pic Pick: Maketoys' Downbeat
0:17:06 - TJ's New Pic Pick: Transformers Legends Ginrai's packaging
0:22:15 - New Pic Pick honorable mention: Titans Return Kup
0:25:40 - Vangelus' New Pic Pick: Masterpiece Megatron transformation (sort of)
0:29:03 - Vangelus' OTHER New Pic Pick(??): Flame Toys Kuro Kara Kuri 01 Transformers Drift
0:35:12 - Listener Question from Stephen Locke
0:38:58 - Listener Question from Switchblade
0:50:05 – What We Got This Week (Transformers)
1:16:25 - What We Got This Week (Off-Topi-- SORRY TJ)
1:24:08 – What We Got This Week (Off-Topic feat. the rules of trying new fast food)
    1:57:00 - Outro

@Aaron , did you get the hips on your Twinferno to peg in? It's a PITA, but they should do so.

I had no idea that there used to be other members of the podcast crew. Was it just mundane life stuff that caused them to drop off, or is there an episode I should listen to that discusses the fall out of a FIRRIB fight that caused a schism?

Could there be a year in review supplemental that gathers all 4 current members? Or an annoversary supplemental that grabs the old members and checks in on their lives?

Other guys dropped out due to lives and scheduling changes or a decreasing interest in the topic. Every time has been cool without any drama. People have left on there own when they wanted, no one was ever kicked off and there was never drama around it. Pretty boring really.

As Vangelus requested a paused the podcast to post what my 3rd Party name would be before hearing what the others said.

I think maybe something like; Carrion Bird S-Type or something silly like that.

I recall back when the podcast discussed Transformers: Prime Gogdog got fed up with the show and then confessed that he wasn't really that interested in Transformers in general and didn't want to continue doing the podcast which is why odd team is two people and not three.

Wow, I wouldn't cast Hot Rod in a fire. He's just pretty dang average. The sort of bland that's my usually baseline for mainline toys. Nothing fails, but nothing impresses. Although my Firedrive secures just fine, no one likes losing the QC lottery.

For Triggerhappy, I love how super easy it is for him to steal a few other guy's half guns and deck out 5+ gun turrets pointing in one direction. Per arm.

That listener question was the culmination of a week of late nights, early mornings, and a lot of caffeine - I was highly entertained with the ensuing answers.

I don't think I had it in mind at the time, but I also landed on Build King as the model for a WTF@TFW combiner (in particular, I'm really fixated on the idea that Aaron becomes the arms any time the gestalt would need to build a Lego kit).

And because it's my own question and I want to answer it for myself: I would want Bluestreak to by my personal Titan Master. He has the best color scheme of one of the coolest G1 head designs and we both have a tendency to ramble as a coping mechanism. Our combined babbling powers would be legendary.

And if there was ever going to be an unofficial and unlicensed version of me, I'd combine my two favorite third party naming conventions: Latin words and real names. I'm thinking "Gladius Steve."

@Aaron, isn't Hot Rod's transformation the same as Chromedome, the Dead End mold from CW, and the majority of car transformers over the years?

@Vangelus, come on now. You can't go to Popeye's and not get the red beans and rice. They're great on their own, and the remaining juice makes a great dipping sauce!
