Hardee's is phenomenal. They have the best fast food biscuits to me. Sadly, I cut back on bread and sugar about a year ago so I have not eaten there in forever. But, I really miss it.
I have to disagree with you guys on one thing: if Fun Pub ever did a money giveaway it would totally be called "Shattered Cash."
Jetstorm out of Armada Starscream would have totally worked, they share a lot of similarities and those legs remind me a lot of the Ultra Jetstorm toy legs. It would have gone great with the new Tankor, but not so great that people are about to start begging for the return of FunPub.
Must be Canadian Burger King and Carls Jr are awful, because I really like their food. McDonald's are the junk junk food.
Yeah, I'll take Burger King over McDonald's each and every day of the week. A&W uber alles though. Also Nominus Prime out of Armada Starscream or GTFO
I think the last fast food that was actively good was Canadian Kentucky Fried Chicken in the 90's. My friends in Michigan where totally unaware that it was different so I would make them try the bread and watch them involuntarily finish the whole loaf.
You talked about Bisk, and I'm super excited for him, have you guys been watching any of the show? I think I remember Vangelus talking about it before. Have you seen the returns of the two Prime characters in the latest RID episodes? I'm super excited that they are having more direct links to Prime, and to see that the idea of Post War Cybertron's government being corrupt will get explored in the second half of season 2. I guess I have a listener question, if you've been following RID, you see that they are touching up on characters that were in Prime, what would you like to see done with characters such as Knockout, Shockwave, or Airachnid? I know we saw Predaking, team Prime (minus Ratchet), and Starscream in the comics.
I enjoy Combiner Wars Devs. He may not be a Masterpiece toy, but I think he's great. Official Masterpiece combiners would be interesting as can be, but also expensive, and I might tap out there.
The Jhiaxus version of that mold would've been perfect, I'd've been interested in that, slightly... And the wrestling talks, I love it.
Seth coming up with "hold me close, tiny Cancer" on the spot is the unheralded highlight of this episode.
Im a millennial and even I hate things like "feels" and such. Funny thing is that all the other millennials I know don't talk like that. In fact the only people I know who say things like that are my parents. I personally have to have punctuation and complete sentences in my texts. Ever since smart phones and unlimited text plan became wide spread, there isn't as much of a reason to shorten messages down. With larger keyboards, there is hardly a difference between typing were r u and Where are you?. That said, we still do say a lot of stupid things that need be stopped. the word hashtag should never be used in conversation. Its stupid. Its just another sign I feel points towards my generations increasing inferiority, but thats a whole nother rant.
The aproimation of 30% of G1 beign combiners made me curious about just what the exact number was, and having some time with nothing to do, I made this: G1 1984 Autobots: 0/18 - 0% Decepticons: 0/10 - 0% Total: 0/28 - 0% 1985 Autobots: 0/31 - 0% Decepticons: 6/20 - 30% Total: 6/51 - 12% 1986 Autobots: 10/31 - 32% Decepticons: 15/28 - 54% Total: 25/59 - 42% 1987 Autobots: 5/28 - 18% Decepticons: 5/23 - 22% Total: 10/51 - 20% Headmasters Autobots: 15/38 - 40% Decepticons: 5/23 - 22% Total: 20/61 - 33% 1988 Autobots: 2/28 - 7% Decepticons: 8/32 - 25% Total: 10/60 - 16% Masterforce Autobots: 2/22? - 9% (Do Ginrai and Godbomber count?) Decepticons: 6/20 - 30% Total: 8/42 - 19% 1989 (Counting Micromaster packs as one figure) Autobots: 0/19 - 0% Decepticons: 6/20 - 30% Total: 6/39 - 15% Victory (Including Star Saber and Victory Leo) Autobots: 11/13 - 85% Decepticons: 12/16 - 75% Total: 23/29 - 71% 1990 Autobots: 0/26 - 0% Decepticons - 0/16 - 0% Total: 0/42 - 0% Total Autobots US: 17/181 - 9% Average Autobots US: - 8% Total Decepticons US: 40/149 - 27% Average Decepticons US: 23% Total US: 57/330 - 17% Average US - 15% Total Autobots JP: 28/73 - 38% Average Autobots JP: 45% Total Decepticons JP: 23/59 - 39% Average Decepticons JP: 42% Total JP: 51/132 - 39% Average JP: 41% So, 30% is a little high for American G1, but for the Japanese trilogy, it's low, thought Victory is a bit of an outlier.
Not mad, just amused: almost nobody ever realizes the gb in my screenname are initials. It started way back in Jazz Jackrabbit 2's multiplayer text chat and has continued to this day.
It's a good thing my name doesn't go back that far otherwise I would be called either DoC SmootH (that's how I spelled it back then), or Cupcake right now. I know, right?
