    Something that I forgot about Saint's Row 2 was how many cars had transformer names until I jacked a cement truck in 3 that was called Mixmaster. Someone working at Volition being a TF fan and because of that even knowing who Vangelus is becomes way more plausible.

    Vangelus thinks he has it rough? I'm going to have to pay $25-$32 USD for Arcee. And that's IF Prime toys show up here in non-importing stores. CR retailers don't really care about lines. They just stock whatever and don't buy ANYTHING until it's sold out. They're still selling Universe here.

    A tabletop game where you play as nothing but Alternity characters would be a horrifying and broken-ass game. And I would buy it.

    Regarding Saints Row The Vangelird: "ALL CHARACTERS APPEARING IN THIS WORK ARE FICTITIOUS. ANY RESEMBLANCE TO REAL PERSONS, LIVING OR DEAD, IS PURELY COINCIDENTAL" would probably be the only response you would get from the companies involved, to be honest.

    What they forget though, is it's not like you've never been in any video games before.

    While playing 3 I remembered these where a lot of cars in 2 with Transformer names. There where so many like a cement truck called Mixmaster and a dump truck called Longhull it couldn't just be coincidence.

    Looking back, i'm starting to remember noticing some cars in 2 having Transformers names. I just passed it off as a coincidence. But now it's beyond coincidence.

    The legend of the Vangelus one spreads! Many centuries from now I'll be able to tell my cloned grandchildren that I heard Vangelus' true voice before he became suprem-o robot dictator of new earth.

    The first car I came across in Saint's row 2 after the prison break was the jeep named Swindle. I fangasmed shamelessly.

    Just finished the podcast, pretty decent one and felt a lot shorter than 2.5 hours.

    5:55 to 6:02 on the MP3 version is nothing but silence, leaving out whatever TJ seemed to be talking about with the Starscream kit midsentence. No idea if this is on the m4a version; inb4 smalltime.

    I was disappointed there was no "whoops, so much for 173's Prime speculation" moment. Maybe it needs Gog there for the full effect, or it was due to Vangelus being off that podcast.

    It sounds like the Godzilla toys TJ found were the Real Product Stages, a candy toy series by Bandai and all sculpted by Yuji Sakai, who's like the Kawamori of Godzilla. He actually worked on the MonsterArts line, I believe.
