Downloading now. I see were going to get some discussion on Transformers Design rescue. The Transformers collector intervention. programs trend to be labeling collectors as "hoarders" with their delusional justification.

If they don't throw toys away, its still Masterpieces in Tupperware Bins. Oh dear.

Heh, looks like the minority of us were right about the ET crapfest being completely useless, which is funnier considering that when the thread on it started up we were drowned out by the people who were 110% certain that it would be the greatest thing ever and show us stuff we've never seen before.

Also, I'm sure you're happy that the poster has been confimed as being fake, Gog. Kinda agree that Shockwave's head looked a bit too...ovaly to be the actual thing. Especially compared to the cardboard stand-in we saw on set during the Chicago filming.

Also loved the intermission. As soon as the TF2 "Meet the _______" intro music came on I gained a perma-smile.

I think we all are. It was a pretty lame poster with a horrible tag line. Though I'm sure the dude who made it is giggling. I know I would be.

    **NERDY CLARIFICATION ALERT**

    **NERDY CLARIFICATION ALERT**

I know in the big part of things it doesn't really matter, but you guys are off/confused when it comes to the "proper name" for the yellow-box figure stuff.

ALL yellow-box transformers are under the "Autobot Alliance" sub-banner, as can be seen on the little tags in front of products at the Hasbro displays at Botcon, SDCC, etc. "Autobot Alliance" is also the name of Japanese figures that, in the states, were under the "Hunt for the Decepticons" promotion. "United" is the name of Japanese figures that in the states were under the "Reveal the Shield" promotion. There is no such thing as any American "United" figures.

"Hunt for the Decepticons" is NOT the "proper" name for the yellow-box Transformers from 2010, just as "Reveal the Shield" is not the proper name of the yellow/blue box Transformers from 2011. "Hunt for the Decepticons" was merely a promotional gimmick. "Reveal the Shield" is like the "mix-it-up a little near the end" sub-line like "N.E.S.T. Global Alliance" was for RotF, "Allspark Power" was for TF1, "Primus Unleashed" was for Cybertron, etc. The line itself is still "Autobot Alliance". Granted, this can get pretty confusing given that "Autobot Alliance" is nowhere on the actual packaging, but that's what the Hasbro product tags state.

Also, Lugnut will very likely be a "Autobot Alliance: Reveal the Shield" product, given that Solar Storm Grappel, who's in the same assortment, has the RtS packaging: http://www.transformersclub.com/shop/index.cfm?do=detail&productid=2294
