At least she wasn't tased.
Five days suspension for littering a cake...unbelievable.
She gets beaten and expelled for dropping a CAKE.
...Better add this one to the already malfunctioning genepool of humanity. I think common sense is becoming a thing of the past.
WOW! What is up with all this bullshit these days. First, there's the guy being tasered. Then the whole Jena incident, now this...sad...
Then her mother got arrested for complaining about it, the guy with the phone got arrested for having a phone, and his sister got arrested for having a brother who has a phone.
There is a student walk-out planned. It is expected that they will be arrested.
Oh, how shocking. Someone being a racist asshole. You don't ever see that nowadays, do you*.
Long story short, people suck. This poor girl has commited no crime, and yet she ends up with a broken wrist and shcool suspension, while her mother was arrested for trying to stop this atrocity.
This is just another reason why scientists should work harder on trying to cure idiocy, and not cancer. I think that they'll save more lives that way.
*this is known as sarcasm.
If that was my child, I would have returned the favor with the school guard.
So was she suspended for 5 days or expelled?
Don't break my wrist, bro!
Wow. If that happened like she said it did, that's totally beyond all bounds of decency. The only reason I say "if" is we do not have the side of the school district. I would love to hear their story on this situation.
In all seriousness though, thats messed up.
I hope the guard is granted an award in the form of a baseball bat/shovel to the head.
The person with the cell phone got arrested as well? They really tried their best to cover that up huh..
Hello, huge lawsuit!
Well, that's certainly a positive aspect of everyone and their dog having a cell phone.

i think the real question is why none of you are questioning why the school has guards in the first place? i go to school inh a chav spawning ground and we don't have guards.
We don't question that in the US. A large, large number of public schools have a "Resource Officer" or in more urban areas, a full security staff, given the tragic propensity for school violence here.
Don't break the rules, bro!
