This isn't G1 Juliomario. Deal with it fanboy.

 

I don't seem to recall ever reading anywhere in all that I've seen that this movie is for certain and annouced by the movie makers that its not a G1 based movie. I have read though that the producer Don Murphy himself said that they aim to "follow the classic mythology of the show and the comics".

 

Because the robots can transform. And Prime has a faceplate, Bumblebee is the smallest, Ratchet is a medic, Starscream is two-faced. I didnt say it wasn't BASED on G1, I said it wasn't G1. The designs are new, they're new characters. Juliomario needs to live with that, just like some of us have.

 

So by your thinking, I could take everything from G1 and change a paint scheme or two and itd wouldn't be G1 anymore right?

Seriously, why should ANYONE get used to these new designs? I would say, reading through these hundreds of posts, that the vast majority of us do NOT like these designs ... at all.

I really think that the reason you have gotton "used" to these designs, Draven, is from your artistic side and not from your fandom side.

I mean, really, as a TRANSFORMER FAN of the asthetic design of the past 20+ years, can you honestly tell me you just LOVE these new "designs" as Transformers? Put your technical and design side to ... the side.

I can get used to these if they were something else, but not as a Transformer.

Besides, G2, BW, BM, RID, Armada, Energon, Cybertron are all along the same lines. Design-wise they're all very close, and these are very far apart from all those. So I can't get used to these as Transformers.

 

If you're serious, I'll play Spike...I would've been in the real movie...but then Shia came....

 

My opinion is that there has always been a guideline as for what the Transformers should look like to keep them recognizable.
That's the way it should be!

I think they're crossing that line in/for this Movie (changes can still be made though).

Am i going to watch the Movie, yes I think so, just to see if I could have been proven wrong!

I'm starting to like the Idea for Jazz though, Change the face for Bumblebee ! (children should be able to relate to his face, that's the kind of character he's supposed to be).

As for Megs , he should be able to express himself, you should be able to see in his face when he's angry, okay so he's alien, Expression is important!

As for Frenzy , I'm very curious about him, will he inherit the Mechanical voice?

 

heck why don't they just ditch the title and call this GO-BOTS? I think that would make the majority of people a whole lot happier. That TF-Meets-Spawn version of Megatron would be far better suited to a name like Cy-Kill, wouldn't you agree? Hey am I right or am I right?    

Heck, that mutant head on "Starscream" would make me very happy if the mech in question was suddenly called "Zero"  

 

Are you hired to whine about the movie until you get what you want? At least I'm not some naysayer who speaks like it's the truth and spams the board with their overstressed and predictable rants. Opinions are good, but too many of you think they're the truth.

 

I agree this movie is turning out to be a joke, messing up everything the transformer were can anyone tell me why this turning out to be cheap copy of power rangers
